I have been treated by Dr. Padda since last 7 years. Each clinic visit was pleasant with appropriate follow ups. Had colonoscopy without any issues. He is now also treating my family members !

utterly bad experience with Dr Pada and his staff. Negligent doctor and very rude staff. I was referred to him by my primary care doctor for a persistent intestinal pain. He saw me twice in 2 weeks but did not test/diagnose anything nor he put me on meds. During my second visit I complained to him about severe stomach pain but he shrugged it off stating I may have eaten bad food. Guess what! the next day I ran to emergency and was operated for appendicitis. All this stress, emergency situation and high cost could be avoided if he had diagnosed in advance. What kind of Doctor ignores patient's complaints. When I tried to complain at his office, the staff ganged up on me and cut me off. It's like a mafia. Dr and his office always make me feel comfortable and taken care of

I first became acquainted with Dr Padda when he treated my late husband who was fighting pancreatic cancer. Sr Padda was very thorough in explaining what was going on with his digestive organs. I was impressed with his gentle compassion. He is a doctor I feel like I can trust.

AMAZING DOCTOR! Dr. Padda was called from McKinney ER about my father. Without ever seeing my dad, he took one look at this labs, his deteriorating condition, and his list of meds and saved my dad's life by telling the ER doctor that the condition is being caused by the side effect of his blood pressure medication (Olmesartan) which caused extreme, chronic diarrhea, loss of 25 lbs in 10 weeks and severe dehydration. He stopped the pill and is almost completely back to normal 4 days later. He just has to regain his weight. THANK YOU DR. PADDA!!! None of the doctors we saw previously had any idea why my dad became so sick so suddenly, until Dr. Padda! We will be forever grateful for his knowledge and expertise. My dad believed he was close to loosing his life --it was so severe and nothing or no one was helping. We saw another doctor (Dr. Duraiswamy who was completely ignorant, and incompetent). Best experience in my 52 years! This was my 2nd Colonoscopy, and from start to finish, was just a phenomenal experience. Everyone that cared for me, the facility, the Nurses, Dr. Padda, my aftercare, it was just a great experience!

Dr Padda and staff at the DHAT are caring and a very efficiently run health care provider. I personally feel that my health care is in the best of hands when dealing with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

This doctor misdiagnosed my wife with celiac through invasive endoscopy rather than ordering a less invasive blood test prior to sedating and scoping her. Medical city of McKinney and this doctor really hit my pocketbook well in their network. I told my wife to get a second opinion from a different gastroenterologist and he did the blood test. She has no signs of celiac through the DNA and blood analysis. Very knowledgeable. Takes his time to explain things. Very compassionate

This was an initial visit. Dr. Padda was professional and courteous. I’ve since scheduled a procedure based on the initial visit.

Dr Padda’s office staff are excellent and Dr Padda is exceptional. I have never had to wait to see him for more than 10 minutes and he is very good at explaining what is going on with my symptoms and what we need to do. If I need him I can get a telacall or leave a message for him to call me back. His nurse is also great at returning my calls. I would highly recommend Dr Padda.

Dr. Padda is very kind and caring doctor. He is attentive and focused. My favorite thing about Doctor Padda is that I get to talk to him directly at every appointment. I never saw my previous doctor unless I was getting a colonoscopy.

Dr. Padda is such a caring, intelligent, and honest doctor who I trust very much with my care. Whenever I see him for a visit, his staff is courteous, efficient, and always puts me at ease.

Excellent visit. Very attentive, answered all of my questions on a level that was easy to understand. His staff was also extremely friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and attentive!

I was checked into Allen Hospital for a bleeding ulser. I met and spoke to Dr. Padda only very briefly before the emergency surgery. I was to see Dr. Padda in a month following surgery. Dealing with his office staff is a nightmare. They are rude, argumentative and give a general "I don't care" attitude. I had to cancel the one month visit, due to a physical injury incurred as I was leaving for the visit. The best reschedule I could get was an additional month. That one got screwed up due to the freezing weather and power failures. I reached out to the office immediately. My calls and eMail were ignored for 4 days before I finally reached the office and got attitude, arguments and a I don't care attitude from the staff. They did ultimately promise me a call-back for the following day, but failed to do so. Padda may be a great Dr, but his office staff is a horrors how. I have to find another Dr. to follow up on the surgery, as I cannot even get a visit scheduled.

Dr. Padda is a great doctor he listened to me and my concerns. Dr Padda is an excellent gastroenterologist. He is very thorough and actually listens to your concerns. He spends time answering all questions and doesn't rush through. He genuinely cares about his patients. To make it even better, his office staff is awesome. They are friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend Dr Padda!

I don't know what all of these other reviews are about because Dr. Padda and his support staff are all amazing. They are professional and kind and make the process quite smooth and painless. I had an upper endoscopy through the Mckinney practice. Although I found Dr. Padda and his nurse pleasant enough , it is hard to get any messages returned in a timely manner and after spending the money to have the procedure itself , I was charged $210.00 for the follow up to discuss my results. Really ? That is absolutely absurd. Typically in my past experiences a post op / follow up is part of the deal. I am still miserable, and will not recommend or be returning to this practice.

Dr. Padda has been treating my daughter several years for Crohn’s disease. Her case is difficult. I am so thankful for Dr. Padda.

Dr. Padda is great! He performed my colonoscopy and endoscopy. He is very nice and knowledgeable. His soft spoken demeanor is refreshing. His office personnel are also very nice and expeditious with appointments and procedure planning. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Horrible experience

Dr Padda listens and explains the pro and cons of your issue .Dr.Padda is one of few Doctors who will personally call you after Surgery and give directives.

Dr. Padda is a phenomenal doctor. He cares about the patient and goes above and beyond to take the time needed with the patient to explain things on a level of understanding and will sit with the patient and listen to concerns until every question is answered. Dr. Padda is the most amazing Doctor ever!! I met him in the Emergency Room while I was in severe pain and he pinpointed exactly what was wrong and cared for me till I had my surgery and is still caring about my health now making sure that I am doing well and taking my meds!! Do not recommend for sure, they indicated I was covered by insurance by pre verifying but they did not and are hitting me to pay a $4000 bill AFTER the procedure. Poor office management so not sure what else is happening there.

Unfortunately they did not actually preverify my insurance and indicated the day of the procedure (and 2 months prior) that I was covered. It’s now AFTER the procedure they are hitting me to pay $4,000 out of pocket. Go elsewhere.
