We took our 12 year old daughter to Dr. Dave at the referral of another provider. Suggested a scope to diagnose reflux issue - assured us that it would give us an answer as to what was going on and avoid trial and error with diet/medications. Well, thousands of dollars later and an unnecessary procedure for our daughter and no answers. Recommendation from Dr. Dave - let's trial and error with diet/medications. Seems to be another physician prescribing unnecessary procedures to make money

Listened to my concerns and addressed them. Kind and very profesional. I went for a second opinion and exceeded my expectations .

She is very detailed and takes an interest in figuring out the real problem.

The staff wasn’t to friendly. The doctor I felt was attacking me as a mother and I don’t feel like she was very professional. I felt rushed. I also didn’t know that I was going to have to drive all over Frisco and Plano for blood work and a X-ray.

Dr.Dave is so very good at what she does.We are so pleased. She is professional and caring.

Dr. Dave does a phenomenal job of listening to her patients and really working hard to get to the bottom of whatever’s happening. Our experience with her and her entire staff has been nothing short of fantastic.

Dr Dave is so kid friendly and spoke in terms so that my 15 year old could understand what was going on with her body.

Dr Dave is a wonderful doctor! She is very thorough and explained everything to where we could understand. She took her time with us during our visit and answered every question we had. We did not feel rushed or unsure about anything. If you are looking for a GI doctor that experience, professionalism, and expertise I would highly recommend Dr Dave!

Dr. Dave is a great doctor. She always takes the time to explain everything in a way my son understands and gets feedback from him on whether he thinks the treatment plan is doable. She is extremely knowledgeable. She and her staff are always very responsive to our questions.

No experience with Doctor as I have left 3 voicemails, as wekl as filled out the info form online twice in the past month with zero response from her office to set up a new patient. Sad beccause I thought she would be a good fit.

Dr. Davé was exemplary from the start. I really like how she asked my daughter if she would like to share her experience of if she would like me to do it. Dr. Davé recognizes children's differences and adjusts to their comfort level. She clearly has a strong medical background and experience; I felt comfortable with her judgement. She explained what tests she wanted to perform and why, and she detailed the next steps based on the results. She considered conditions our pediatrician never mentioned, and she explained these things to me AND my daughter which again means a lot to a young teenager's sense of independence and autonomy. I highly recommend Dr. Davé. I was very happy with her knowledge, treatment plan, and bedside manner.

Dr. Dave is excellent doctor. She takes the time to really understand my daughter and especially listening to her. She also explains everything in simple terms. It has felt so comfortable with her being my daughter's doctor. Thank you Dr. Dave. I recommend her to everyone. Great doctors are rare and she's one them.

Dr Dave is a fantastic doctor. She listens to her patients, takes as much time necessary, as is extremely thorough. The follow up and response time that her office has, surpasses any other physician that treats our family.

Very nice and is working with me to figure out my toddlers milk issues. Seems knowledgeable and her office is always checked no in to see how my LO is doing.

Dr. Dave is an amazing physician. She has answered our questions honestly and recommended logical diagnostic and treatment plans for our son. I trust her knowledge and judgement. I wish all doctors were as conscientious as Dr. Dave!

I have two children being treated by Dr. Dave for several years (maybe 8 years for my daughter). She knows her stuff! She's good with kids, kind, answers my many, many questions patiently and I rarely wait more than 10 minutes in her office. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Dave truly cares about her patients. She was recommended to us by our pediatrician for our son's chronic constipation, and she has been amazing at helping us deal with these issues. We are so grateful that we found her, because she has helped relieve so many digestive issues my son has dealt with.

We were able to make a new patient appt within a week. Wait time was acceptable. My son felt comfortable with her questions and explanations. It would have been nice to see more empathy/friendliness from her medical assistant - sometimes we all need to be reminded that the patients coming in don't feel well and that little extra kindness goes a long way. Dr Dave had that. She was very communicative afterwards via the Portal as well. Definitely would recommend her.

Horrible experience for the past month. Dr Dave can’t figure out what is going on with my child and sends us for ongoing testing then charges us to get the results after. Who charges someone to get results of testing? She also will not speak to me on the phone to answer any questions, I of coarse have to come in to ask questions so she can charge the insurance. Sick child for weeks and money hungry Dr. I will be moving to a different specialist that is more focused on the patient getting better.

Very pleasant bedside manner. Knowledgeable and explains everything very clearly to my child.

She was the best Doctor I have encountered in Dallas metroplex. Hands down she knows what she was doing and made my daughter very comfortable.

I really liked our appointment with Dr. Dave. My daughter, aged 11, has been experiencing abdominal pain for a couple of months. Dr. Dave has laid out a plan for testing out what is causing her pain that I feel very confident in.

Dr. Dave goes above and beyond for her patients. She talks to the child and listens to their experiences, fears, and concerns. She pays attention to the child’s facial expressions and cues, prompting her to know exactly what to ask. Dr. Dave, and her staff are thorough and do exactly what the say, when they say they will do it.

Dr Dave asked great questions and was very thorough in her consultation and examination of our daughter who has had IBS symptoms. She is very compassionate and put our daughter at ease.

Has a sense of urgency which we really appreciated given our circumstances. Is compassionate with good communication with our pre-teen child. We did not feel rushed during our consultations. We would highly recommend her.

Dr. Dave is very intelligent and helpful. She considers all possibilities and does the least invasive ideas first. She knows what she is talking about and will go above and beyond for her patients. The patient portal is very useful as all test results will be posted on there and you can communicate with Dr. Dave and her staff through it as well.

Dr Dave is kind caring and tries to get to the bottom of your problem. I’m super happy we found her. It feels good to finally find a GI doctor that cares.

Horrible! I couldn't even get past the front office person to get an appointment. She said I had to give her records from our previous doctor before I could even make an appointment with them. She was rude, uninformative and not helpful at all. I called back with information for them to obtain records from previous doctor as they requested and the front office lady said, "As soon as we get the records, the doctor will review and see if she wants to set up an appointment with you."

Dr. Dave helped my daughter resolve her reflux issues. She is intelligent, well spoken, and compassionate!

Incompetent nursing staff. Kept making mistakes in jotting down patient notes during four different occasions and each time insisted that I was giving the wrong info. Unnecessary x-rays and office visits. When I complained to doc, she got defensive. Doesnt listen or trust our feedback. Run away.....we did and found an awesome doc next!
