He left me in agony. Ignored my history. In every interaction he seemed to go out of his way to find reasons not to help me.

Despite the Dr telling me I did not need to see him until my next colonoscopy in 5 years & that all I have to do is take medication for my condition, his staff refused to refill my prescription, nor would they let me speak to the doctor or his nurse on the phone. They insisted I have to make an appointment (money grab) before they would refill my prescription. I have had no problems with my condition & it is such that if somethings changes, I would know immediately. Avoid because of poor staff.

My husband can be that annoying patient that has a giant list of questions. Dr. Dhawan was FULL of information for him and spent his time educating him about his symptoms and making great suggestions. He was not quick to prescribe until we are certain of underlying cause of his symptoms which we really appreciated. Very positive. Very knowledgeable! Nurse Susan was an absolute GEM!! Very happy to have established this specialist and we look forward to this journey with them!

Dr. Dhawan is very caring and his bedside manner is excellent. Knows his field with a mastered excellence. Will research any and all ailments to try to give you results for what is bothering you. Would highly recommend!
