Dr. Bains is definitely worth the wait. He gets right down to the reason you're experiencing symptoms and explains clearly what's going on. He won't have you take any unnecessary medication and makes sure you are symptom free and staying on the right track. His appointments are fast but he seems to remember all his patients and makes you feel taken care of.

I am very disappointed. I made an appointment with Dr Bains. One week before the appointment it was canceled, so I rescheduled. Again, canceled by the doctor's office. I rescheduled, only to have it canceled AGAIN. I told the office staff member my situation to which she replied I had only scheduled twice. When I asked to the office manager, I was told she was not in. My voice mail confirmed the cancellation. I'll never know about Dr Bain's care.....I'm through!

Dr. Baines is great. That can't be said about his office. They are rude, don't return calls and their follow up is nonexistent. Tell them you have an emergency need and expect no reaponse. I am finding another doctor. Not because of the doctor but because of his staff.
