Dr. Majmundar is one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. She clearly cares about her patients and has their best interests at heart. She also tries to give them options that may help save money without asking. She is the best family medicine doc in Lexington.

On the Lexington Clinic website, it states that after two years, Physician will be compensated according to the Income Distribution Plan (IDP); a production-driven model with top line revenue based on quarterly collections. This is obvious, as Dr. Majmundar used to provide care to patients and with the years passing, is more concerned with quick turnover and easy patients. Anything above simple illnesses are not her concern and she will discard you to figure it out on your own.

After using Dr. Majmundar as our physician for years, I referred another family member. Because their medical history was complicated and not aligned with her scope, she refused to help and actually referred us to an ER. I am perfectly understanding of a doctor's expertise not spanning into all areas of medicine, but her lack of willingness to help or find a doc that could and patronize a person in a fragile medical state was appalling. I will never return to this physician and won't refer.

Dr. Majmundar is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. There was a period of time when the insurance I had was not accepted by Lexington Clinic and I opted for paying office fees in cash just to be seen by her. Dr. Majmundar follows up personally with phone calls and communication through the clinic's patient portal & I completely trust putting the health of myself and my daughter in her hands.
