Dr. Mallory Lynn Eisenman

Great experience. No delays. In and out. Clean facility. Pleasant disposition

I have seen many podiatrists in my time but none in my opinion and the opinion of my feet compare to Dr. Eisenman. She is exceptional at her profession, easy to speak with and compassionate. Her staff is very accommodating despite what some other reviews mention.

I haven't even had my first appointment yet and am already turned off this practice because of the receptionist. I'd called ahead of my appointment to arrange for a medical record ahead of the appointment. Receptionist was rude, condescending and completely unhelpful -- did not listen to my question or address it at all -- just told me to ask at my appointment, which is why I called ahead in the first place. Also, she sends the intake paperwork via a Microsoft Word doc that's not fillable, nor can you type on it because she pasted an image instead of editable text and expects you to print and sign beforehand. Completely outdated methods and rude customer service. Update: I went to the appointment, expecting Dr. Eisman to follow through with professionalism. That did not happen. The receptionist informed me they were out of network, which I would have been able to know BEFORE the appointment if she had been polite and professional the first time I called. (Instead, I had to resort to leaving a Google review to get through to someone reasonable.) Mind you, I'd found this practice through my insurer's website as in-network -- that is something that should have been confirmed the first time I called but the receptionist botched that call too badly to get to that part of the conversation. Dr. Eisman proceeded to be condescending and defensive and refused to accept that her practice completely botched my appointment and overall experience even scheduling the appointment, much less actually accessing medical care. This is worthy of a Better Business Bureau complaint and I told Dr. Eisman as much. I am horrified that someone with this personality style is practicing medicine. Dr. Eisenmann is by far the best in her field. My husband and I have been her patient for years and time has not changed her compassion, up-to-date knowledge and genuine interest in the type of speciality care she delivers. I recommend to anyone looking for a top of the class podiatrist then make an appointment with Dr. Eisenmann. Her office is in a quaint spot on Rittenhouse Square where the quality of care is A-1.

I’ve seen several podiatrists before but never one as knowledgeable and helpful as Dr. Eisenman. I definitely recommend!

I’ve seen Dr. Eisenman intermittently fir the last few years. She is thoughtful, caring, & always explains everything thoroughly.

I was referred to Dr. Eisenman and refuse to go to anyone else ever since. She is the ONLY doctor who has been able to treat my ingrown toenails to the point where they don't come back. Staff is always so welcoming and willing to help in any way. Each experience is thorough and personable. LOVE this practice.

Dr. Eisenman is a warm, caring professional who knows how to put patients at ease. I went to her with what I thought was just an ordinary toenail fungus and was impressed that she took the precaution of sending a small sample of my nail to the lab to rule out other conditions. She then removed the discoloration and I left feeling totally confident in her care. Highly recommend!

Excellent podiatrist but billing was confusing.

@ 11:20 am 10/30/19 i called to schedule an appointment, receptionist, apparently having a bad day, blew her breath and placed me on hold without asking... Then i called back and was placed on another hold for approx. 3 minutes for her to pick the phone up and hear the office workers laughing so hard in the background she couldn't hear me. After trying to explain myself over her coworkers who were still giggling in the background i told he I'd call back.... She hung up in my ear. I've never been to this office but with the incompetent ninnies answering the phone and the other ninnies in the background who can control their laughter while conducting business, I probably wont. Had a 9:00am appointment and was taken in on time. Dr. Eisenman was very thorough and honest with my diagnosis. She even made sure I had insurance before taking me to get xrays of my foot, which I really appreciated. She answered all of my questions and gave me several options on how to help solve my problem. Dr. Eisenman is one of the best and kindest doctor's I know. Just recently I got a call from her while she was on vacation and on a day when the office was closed. She saw my call and called me from Mexico to make sure I was okay. Her office staff are pleasant, I rarely have to wait, and her treatment is superb. Marj Phila.

Dr. Mallory Eisenman is one of the finest doctors I know. She is extremely competent, professional and thoughtful. Recently, I called and left a message at a time she was on vacation and her office was closed. She saw the call and called me from Mexico to make sure I was ok. Doctor Eisenman is warm and friendly. Getting passed the front desk is another issue. Between the cigarette smoke and no manners it’s a trip. “ can you tell me how to get to your office?” response: I don’t live around here but there’s a bakery on the corner.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Doctor Eisenman is so clearly knowledgeable in her field that I felt very comfortable that I was going to get the right diagnosis. Very poor experience with the administrative staff. Not forthcoming with insurance matters and payment. Took many phone calls and insurance company intervention to get money due me from payment made in advance of treatment.
