The staff have been pleasant & friendly on every visit. My son had an issue but it was resolved with the next visit. Dr Walter's & staff make visits comfortable.

He recommended i replace several fillings because they contain mercury, which he and multiple ppl in his office told me was "poisonous". I did my own research and multiple professional/reputable organizations say that there's no evidence that the mercury in fillings has poisonous effects (it has been used for at least 100 years). Also each time they replace fillings, it's drilled out, inevitably removing some natural tooth around the filling, meaning you will be left with less natural tooth. Also note that resin (nonmetal) filling material is more expensive than the metal/amalgam, and actually may need to be replaced more frequently. I got a second opinion on whether my filling need to be replaced and was told that they looked great, and usually it's not recommended to replace fillings until there are signs of failure.

Dr. Malcolm Walters is the BEST DOCTOR I have ever went to for my braces if I would have known about him sooner it would have saved a lot of time!!

Didn't even get that far. The woman who answered the phone was SO unhelpful and brusque that I didn't even want to go any further! The initial point of contact is very important and should be considered carefully.
