Dr. Malcolm J Rude

I cannot recommend Dr Rude and his staff more. I have had the best experience with my tummy tuck, breast lift and implants. I have never had surgery or even stitches so I was extremely nervous about the entire process. They have been the most kind and caring staff, extremely professional and wonderful throughout the entire process. I am very happy with my results!

Professional, courteous, and pleasant. He came in on time, helped quickly but not in a rushed manner.

I had to come on here and update my review from a year ago, concerning the wonderful doctor. I recently went with a friend to a consultation in Houston. Of course it was regarding plastic surgery. I had to chime in and ask the doctor my friend was seeing what procedure he thought I should have done. He went on to say injections in my cheeks. Sidenote he was a little too forward for my taste telling me I look deflated. With this information I came to see my doctor, Dr Rude. He did suggest the injections but not where the doctor from Houston had said. He went on to explain in detail why the injections would be better in certain areas in my face than rather than the cheeks. To shorten the story we went forward and went with the injections in those particular areas. Instantly looked better! When I came home from the doctors office my husband noticed immediately. It wasn’t too drastic I just looked more rested. Again the wonderful doctor and his staff proved that I am more than a patient. I’m treated with great care and who does not want that from any physician. I have been seeing the wonderful doctor and the staff for three years now. I can’t imagine going anywhere else and receiving the care that I received at Dr. Rude’s office. Dr Rude and his staff is the only place I will go regarding any cosmetic surgery. Love this place! The whole office are all so friendly and welcoming! I seen Tara for Botox and lip filler, she is phenomenal! She is very gentle, and does not rush! I highly recommend this place!!

Dr Rude and his staff are amazing. Dr Rude is patient and has a great bedside manner. They answered all my questions, took all my crazy phone calls and are so kind. Highly recommend DR Rude and his team!

Dr Rude and his Staff are simply amazing! I am always greeted with warm smiles and kind "Hellos" I am seeing the kind Dr for laser treatment for discoloration on my face. Along with some Botox. I recently started doing lip injections. Which I am loving the results.The Dr and his staff are always so kind and courteous in answering all my questions. Making sure I know all the facts before going forward with any procedure. I feel like I’m in great hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Rude and his staff to anyone. Dr. Rude and his staff were great. I had the Melanage Chemical Peel on my face & Lumecca IPL on my chest and neck for sun damage and the results were amazing. Thank you!!

Dr Rude and his staff are wonderful! I have been his patient since February of this year for melanoma surgery and the removal of additional areas identified by my dermatologist! Dr Rude and all of his staff go above and beyond to make the experience as easy and pain free as possible! I’m thankful to have them as part of my team of medical professionals working to beat melanoma!

He's the best! He did a perfect tummy tuck & facelift for me in the convenience of his on-site certified surgical suite. Excellent care by staff who are caring & sweet. Doc is very careful & exacting in his work, & I like his philosophy about pain care. A plus: his rates are quite reasonable.

My gynecologist referred me to Dr. Rude for breast reduction surgery. Initially, I was reluctant to begin the process due to being embarrassed about my breast size. However, after finally getting the courage to schedule a consultation, I was so happy that I did. Dr. Rude and his staff made the entire process very comfortable and anxiety free. The surgery was a great success and the post-operative care has been remarkable. I highly recommend Dr. Rude and Brazos Valley Plastic Surgery.

I am 6 weeks out from a breast lift & tummy tuck & am so happy I made the decision to have the procedures performed by Dr. Rude. I could not be more pleased with my results. Dr. Rude and his staff made me feel comfortable & confident in them from the first visit. They also do a great job of spacing out appointments so you are not sitting in a waiting room with several other patients feeling self-conscious like most medical offices.

Could not be more pleased with my breast lift and tummy tuck results and the treatment received by Dr. Rude and his entire staff throughout the process. This was by far a much better experience than I ever anticipated and would definitely refer friends and family!

If you have ever considered Plastic Surgery, DO IT and use Dr. Rude. It will be the best decision you have ever made. I had been going back and forth about a breast reduction & lift for years. I met with several other surgeons, and Dr. Rude was BY FAR my favorite. I had the surgery Dec. 21st 2018. He and his staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease during the whole process. Dr. Rude and his entire staff were so great and made me feel so comfortable, from every appt, up to the day of surgery, and post op. Everyone in his office was kind and always so pleasant. Dr Rude was amazing during the whole process of my surgery form consult to 6 month follow up. I had consults with 3 different surgeons, Dr rude was who I ended up picking. I went to Dr. Rude's Office to get Lip Fillers & to fill the bags under my eyes (tear troughs) I was happy with the result at first but it did not last but a 1 MONTH. When I went back for a follow up to discuss my concerns with him (cause he originally told me these fillers would last closer to 1 year) he told me he was unable to compare my before & after pictures, because his pictures he took in his office were all blurred, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. What a waste of $1100. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE

Dr. Rude and his staff are amazing. I got breast implants and a lift, and while I haven't healed enough to see the final result, I'm confident I will be so happy! Tara was absolutely wonderful and made me feel at ease when I came in for the surgery. Dr Rude explained everything from the first visit until the surgery date, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He even called me at 8pm that night to check on me. I'd highly recommend BVPS!

Absolute great experience! The customer service from the office team made it a great experience as well as the final out come of the procedure. Dr.Rude sold me with his professionalism, and his laid back demeanor. It’s now 3 months after the procedure and I’m still very pleased with the outcome. Again, the office team impressed me greatly. You could tell they loved their job!

I weighed 377 pounds in 2001. I had the gastric bypass and lost 200 pounds. I had been below 180 pounds for more than 12 years then worked out to get fit before I sought the services of Dr. Malcolm Rude. 4 YEARS AGO - I had LOTS of “love-handle” extra skin. Dr Rude took all of the extra skin, tucked and tightened me up, and made me a new bellybutton, better than my mom had originally made. Best of all, I have abs! Even in a bathing suit, people are hard-pressed to imagine me ever being heavy. 3 YEARS AGO - I was diagnosed with cancer on my face. I asked my oncologist to let me choose Dr. Rude for my surgery. I challenge you to find the place on my face where the cancer was removed! Unbelievably talented doctor! 1 WEEK AGO - My wife got a full neck and face lift. Frankly, prior to her procedure, I didn’t think she needed it all that much. She was already beautiful to me. However, she wanted it, and that is what is important. OMG! She looks 20 years younger! It is amazing how well Dr. Rude did with her. Not to sound like one of those pharmaceutical commercials, but, “individual results may vary“, she came through it with little or no swelling, and no visible bruising. Lastly: The staff!: Amanda Sassman, Tara Dusek, and Jill Bullard and the other support staff personnel and nurses, are (freak of nature) SMART, COMPASSIONATE, PATIENT, INFORMATIVE and CAPABLE. Great doctor and exceptional staff. Dr. Rude is very thorough and takes extra steps to make sure all cancer is GONE!!

The Dr and his staff have been so helpful and nice. I had so many questions before and after my surgery and they took the time to answer all of them. Even when I called a couple of times a day the few days right after my surgery. I have already told so many of my friends about him and I will tell anyone else that will listen!!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rude and his staff for my breast lift surgery. The office is beautiful, staff is nice and Dr. Rude is pleasant and knowledgeable. My results, being only 7 weeks post op, are impressive. No need to go to Dallas or Houston!

From my first appointment in 2014, Dr. Rude and his staff were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. It took me two years of complications to receive my final reconstruction surgery in 2016 after cancer. Through five surgeries, Dr. Rude and his staff not only met my every need, but became part of my family during this process. The whole team receives five stars in my book.

My experience with my breast augmentation has been the best from the start to finish. Prior to surgery I received the best preparation that I could have. The day of surgery went without any complications and now during the post op stage any questions that I have had have been answered. I would recommend Dr Rude and his staff to anyone!!!!!

The office staff was very professional and caring during my visits. Dr. Rude was great and explained everything to me and ensured that I understood my procedure and what to expect.

His excision of a basal cell on my leg was so sloppy I ended up going to a wound center for 4 MONTHS to correct and heal his incorrect incision and he could care less. He was Rude and almost made me lose my leg! Beware and stay away from him.!
