About Mahmoud B Kabbani
Reviews for Mahmoud B Kabbani
Absolutely horrendous follow up. You can try calling about 50 times, 2 hours straight and NO ONE answers the phone. Try leaving a message? You'll never get a call back. I'm getting ready to see how I can get the BBB into this. It's ridiculous how you can't get a callback from this doctors office. It's sad because us as patients or parents of the patients have serious things that we have to worry about and our children's wellbeing and they will not answer the phone to anyone. Over two months of calling and leaving messages, no answer. How can you run a doctors office like this? If you never want to get a callback or you enjoy talking to a voicemail all the time, this is the place for you
Dr.Kabbani is an amazing Doctor! He is very nice and cares about his patients a lot and makes them feel comfortable. He always follows up and make you feel at ease! The staff is also very friendly. I definitely recommend Dr.Kabbani as your Endocrinologist!
Staff doesn't answer phone and doesn't return phone calls when you leave a voice mail. We had a procedure scheduled for my son at outpatient and they required paperwork from Kabbani's office. They couldn't get it and after several weeks of me calling and leaving messages I decided to take off from work and drive down there personally which is about an hour away for me. I asked them if their phone was working because no one would ever answer it or return my calls. Now I'm trying to get a ahold of them again and it's been two weeks and two messages and they won't call back. I hate to change doctors because of the front desk staff but it looks like I don't have a choice. Staff doesn't answer phone and doesn't return phone calls when you leave a voice mail. Provider is very hard to get a hold of he never returns your call, lab results aren’t given to you until 2- 3 weeks after you get bloodwork done. This is very un professional and we never get to see Dr Kabbani we always see his NP. I do not recommend this place
Dr Kabbani is a very good doctor. We have been seeing him for over 3 yrs for my daughter who is teetering on the verge of a type 2 diagnosis. He has been patient and thorough. My issue is with his staff. For starters the phone is never answered and it takes weeks for a callback if you get one. I sat in the office and verified my insurance with one of his assistants and my insurance company. A few days later they called me saying they were not able to get the insurance verified. My daughter has a primary and secondary insurance and they're sending me bills for her visits. I am looking for a new endocrinologist as I cannot deal with the staff any longer. Very Rude dr. Kabanni don’t take your kids their he is the worst doctor ever
I brought my child to see the endocrinologist for very high Leptin level at her blood test. The doctor stated, “We never test for that. The blood test is too scientific”!!! I couldn’t believe he actually said this. He had no clue what to do with her Leptin profile. I was impressed with his high level of incompetence. Dr Kabbani and his team are caring, kind and responsive. Our special needs child has been with the practice for more than 10 years now. I highly recommend them.
I have been coming here with Dr. Kabbani for over 7 years and the customer service is on point. I get my appointments scheduled and accommodation for what I need. The Dr.Kabbani absolutely attends to my medical attention and considerate. I highly recommend...23 now I'm still is patient ????????
Dr. Kabbani is a great endocrinologist, he spends time with his patients and parents explaining the disease and medications. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a pediatric endocrinologist

Thank you, Doctor Kabbani for all your attentions.
We've taken our son to Dr. Kabbani for years. He's very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. He's been great and we're happy to have his help with navigating Type 1 diabetes.
Dr. M. Kabbani in Phoenix, AZ is a great Endocronologist! We just moved here in February 2019 & are glad we found Dr. Kabbani. He is very caring, professional, listens to my teenage son’s & our concerns. He always has a suggestion/answer for us to aid in my son’s continuous health. I have been a patient of Dr. Kabbani's for almost 10 years now after being diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease/hypothyroidism. When I was first diagnosed, I was really anxious about it, but he was extremely patient and explained everything in terms that I could easily understand at 13. Dr. Kabbani sees both of my sisters as well and even takes the time to answer my mom's questions in regards to her own thyroid problems when she comes along with us to our appointments. He is always professional, thorough, and personable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an endocrinologist. Dr.Kabani has been my doctor for six years. He has great staff and everyone is very professional. He has taken care of my brother and I very well by addressing any issues and concerns in a timely fashion. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand and is easy to talk to.
My son has been going to Dr. Kabbani since 2014 9 months after he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and it’s has been wonderful. He has helped me understand more about diabetes then the first doctor has. He is also always willing to help my son find what is best for him when it comes to his meds..
Dr. Kabbani has been amazing! I never have issues getting my questions answered either over the phone or through email. He always been very thorough during my daughters visits and takes the time to go over any changes or questions regarding my daughters care. I have never had any issues with the office staff. Dr. Kabbani is fantastic for anyone that wants a Dr. that truly cares about his patients. The staff is super friendly and always remember me when I come in. They are timely and he always keeps me posted on the newest equipment for my diabetes and treatments. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an endocrinologist.
My oldest son met Dr. Kabbani in the ER over 12 years ago when he was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Over the last 12 years my son has been diagnosed with other autoimmune conditions and Dr. Kabbani has helped and guided us through them all. I did not hesitate when my middle son started to develop similar autoimmune conditions we went straight to Dr. Kabbani. The whole staff is amazing, kind, and professional. My children have been seeing Dr. Kabbani since my son was first diagnosed as a type one diabetic in 2012. Our daughter followed shortly behind being diagnosed in 2013 as also type one. He is always friendly and explains things clearly as well as addressing any concerns we may have. He takes his time with his patients and we never feel like we are being rushed out. The wait time is usually minimal. He doesn't seem to overbook which I appreciate. His staff has always been friendly and helpful thus far. Haven't had any issues getting prescriptions filled other than my insurance making Dr. Kabbani's office jump through many hoops for approval. He has even personally waited on hold for extended times in dealing with my insurance company to make sure we were taken care of. We have seen Dr. Kabbani since our daughter was first diagnosed about a year and a half ago. He is always so patient and takes time to answer all my questions. He speaks directly to my daughter who is now 13 and doesn’t make her feel like a bystander. He is very supportive of her and always praises the effort she puts unto her care. At our last visit we discussed some new technology to help manage her disease and he was knowledgeable and supportive. It is very important for us to have a progressive doctor. He actually said he was excited to hear about it at our next visit! We’re lucky to have him. We have seen Dr. Kabbani since our daughter was first diagnosed about a year and a half ago. It was a follow up visit for my son, Alhasan Lateef. The doctor was highly humanitarian and ficused in my son’s food, exercise and insulin program. He is excellent in his profession. This is what I know about him since 2012 when visited him for the first time.
Dr. Kabbani has been a wonderful doctor for our son, who was diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic in 2017. He has gone over and above what you would expect most doctors would do for the care of their patients. On one occasion, a few days after our son was released from the intensive care unit, which is when we found out about the Type 1 diabetes, we had to take him to the Emergency Room. The ER doctor wanted to get in touch with Dr. Kabbani to discuss treatment. Even though this was 10pm on a SUNDAY night, Dr. Kabbani returned his call! He even made a follow up call about an hour later to make sure that things were going well. Another time, we were having trouble with the Pharmacy filling one of our prescriptions. Dr. Kabbani got in touch with the Pharmacy to straighten out the problem. This was on a SATURDAY afternoon! So, you can see how important his patients are to him, when he is available for them even late at night and on weekends. I highly recommend Dr. Kabbani. DDS
The doctor has been very nice. However the front end staff is very rude and unprofessional. Every time we arrive for a appointment we stand at the window for what seems like 5 minutes before we are even greeted then we're handed paperwork and told fill this out. Not please fill this out and have a seat we will be right with you.
2nd comment. My son and I are so used to ethical professionals who care for my sons well being FIRST, since he was diagnosed in 2013. It's a difficult pill to swallow to get individuals that are more worried about MONEY than they are worried about my childs care. PUT YOUR PATIENTS/HUMAN BEING'S) Life first! The staff there (especially farida) is rude, obnoxious, self righteous, condescending and constantly steps outside of her "receptionist" role. Farida is so comfortable being rude, obnoxious, self righteous and condescending to patients, that it can only be because she's been allowed to treat patients like that for some time. Additionally, Dr. Kabanni allowes farida to try to tell this Registered Nurse mom who's been a nurse for 27 years (longer than she's been a receptionist) what my RESPONSIBILITY is as a patient. She actually called me today to tell "ME" what I did and didn't do when I moved here back in may ????. That office is so concerned with money that the Dr. made changes to my child's INSULIN the week of 11/26 - 11/30 (that could potentially kill him) then waited until his 3 month scheduled appointment on 11/30 to say "oh we can't see you UNTIL you pay a bill from MAY! They (FARIDA) tried to force my "KID" to pay 149$ with "HIS" Dedit card! Thank GOD I sent my sister with him (as I was at a new job on orientation) Farida, said my son walked out of the office but, my sister said that was a lie! Now, as I said on my last post (I WILL BE contacting my insurance company and the board.......to start. 2nd comment. Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctor.
Whoever you guys have pick up the phone was very helpful and answered all my inquires.
I shadowed with Dr. Kabbani, and had the luxury to work and interact with the office staff. Out of all the places that I shadowed, PEDC was one of the most professional run places.
You guys have the best customer service I've come across. If only all clinics were like this. Didn't just put me on hold and was actually able to handle all my problems, even though i was having a bad monday the lady over the phone made me laugh while assisting me and was done in no time.
I'll start off by saying this space will only allow for 500 words which is way not enough spaces for me to put my complaint. So, I'll follow up with a complaint to my insurance company and the board. Initially i thought I found a provider that(wasn't quite at the level we were used to seeing in Princeton but,we thought he was ok).I find it unethical to adjust my kids insulin then not see him because your staff didn't bill tricare timely and you didn't get paid a miserable 140$. How dare you.
6 months ago when most Endocrinologists were scheduling a month or more out, I was able to get in Dr. Kabbani in a couple of days because he had just added a physician assistant . He was outstanding. I really appreciated his knowledge about African-Americans. As my daughter is part African-American. He was very detailed in his explanation and very caring. We went back to him last week for her six month follow-up. and all is clear. I highly recommend Dr Kabbani.
Staff was great. Dr. Kabbni told me my kids ages 2&3 acted ridiculous and for me to have a sitter for next visit. I told him I can’t guarantee it and he said he would have to prepare himself for the next appointment. My kids were sitting and talking with each other during the visit. He’s a pediatrician doctor and should know how kids are. I did not schedule another visit nor will I be back or recommend him to anyone. Staff was great. Will never recommend him. He had told me my kids acted ridiculous who are 2&3 and were sitting talking to each other during the visit, told me to have a babysitter for next appointment. Dr. Kabbani has been my daughter's endocrinologist for about 10 years now. He is absolutely the best. Every time we see him and he makes adjustments to her insulin, my daughter's blood sugar numbers are perfect! He is kind, professional, very competent and really knows his specialty. As long as he is practicing, she will be his patient. I can not recommend him highly enough. I would give him 10 stars if I could :)
Have not had pleasant experiences with Kabbani, however, staff have always been friendly. During one of my appointments I asked him about different insulin pumps thinking that one might offer an infusion set that would be more beneficial to me than what I currently use and his response was that they all do the same thing (well yeah, aren't they supposed to?). Fast forward a little bit, my prescription for Novolog has ran out and the pharmacies request for a refil was denied. A trip to urgent care took care of an empty bottle of insulin but I've had no response from kabbani in regards to obtaining a refil and I've since been trying to obtain my medical records to transfer to a new doctor and I've been also had no luck there. Not sure what's going on exactly, but for three days in a row I've called to check in and been told they'd be faxed right over while nothing's happened. It's great that others have had good experiences, but I'm left in a situation where im being denied medication that keeps me alive and unable to become a new patient of someone else due to the medical records being withheld. My daughter has Type 1 Diabetes (and Down syndrome) and Dr. Kabbani is who we rec'd as the hospital doctor. We loved him so much when she was released we just continued going to him, that was over 7 years ago. He's very kind and takes the time to listen and explain. Daughter loves him and is always happy for her doctors appts with him. We see him at his Chauncy Lane office. The staff is awesome. Would recommend.
I had thyroid problems since I was young and Dr. Kabbani was always extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable physician. He made sure to explain my condition in a way that my family and I could understand. He throughoughly discussed our different options and listened to mine and my parents' concerns.
met our new Endo Dr. Kabbani and he was great. He was kind yet educated my oldest on why it is important to have good numbers. He explained it so well and (the anatomy of it) and it resignated with my son. He expressed his willingness to help in any way, and to make changes weekly if he needed to. We have 2 children with type 1 and Dr. Kabbani took his time with each one. We had a great experience.
He didn't listen to our concerns. My daughter is pre diabetic with a prevalent family history yet he just saiddiet and exercisewhich if he were listening he would already know she was on a keto diet does ballet, and yoga she is a very active 8 year old. He was dismissive and rude. I would never come back
