We love Laverne, and Ashley! They deserve the very best! The Doctor is also good. I definitely recommend this doctor as he effectively helps you improve your health.

He’s clueless and just there for the money

Dr. Kottapalli's team is very good with their patients. I was very confortable with my treatments from Dr. Jasty and nurse Laverne. They were helpful in answering my questions and purposes of treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Kottapalli to others.

Dr. Kottapalli and staff have a great facility and follow COVID protocols to the utmost! The virtual as well as in person care was EXCELLENT!!!! From the front desk to Dr. Kottapalli all were professional, respectful and showed compassion.

Dr Kottapalli is a great doctor!! I was referred to him from my primary and nervous about that- he made me feel very comfortable and explained everything so I could understand-he is genuine and down to earth I would recommend him to anyone in need of his services!!

Unprofessional, accused me of chasing a diagnosis instead of even trying to figure out what issues I had. He just said he did not know why i was referred. He spent less than five minutes with me and billed my insurance for 60-74 minutes. Even if my personal statement does not resonate, take a look at the ethics of the billing for time. Be prepared to have your Money ready. I had one round of IV finishing in September and told him My insurance started over Oct 1. Told him I could Not afford to pay 2,000 after the 1st unless I could make arrangements. Had to start second round because my foot had not healed on Oct 27th. December 11th I was told that if I could not pay the Full Balance before the end of the year my PICC line had to come out. I owe nearly $2500. They wouldn’t work with me on a payment plan. My Insurance goes from Oct 1 to Oct1. Their office made me an appointment I showed up and was told I didn’t need to come in but to go the the hospital and have it removed. I lost money that day because I had to pass up on a job and lost a day’s pay. I sub teach to supplement my small pension of 1400/month. I had already made an appointment with the hospital for Friday a day that was convenient for me. My foot and leg are still not healed. I have been dealing with this for a year and half. For a Doctor to refuse treatment due to your ability to pay is unheard of and I believe may be unethical. Between my leg and the virus causing my job to shut down I have been unable to work. Excellent visit all the time from the front office until I meet with Dr Kottaspalli which he is exceptionally knowledgeable.

Best Infectious Disease Doctor !! If it wasn’t for him my father in law wouldn’t be here with us, Dr.Kottapalli helped saved his life . He is a sweet and kind man. I love the girls in the front they are very caring and friendly

Dr. Kottapalli and his staff were very helpful in getting me in quickly to take care of a serious infection in my leg. Dr. Kottapalli diagnosed the problem and prescribed a series of antibiotics that arrested the problem and has cured the infection. I have had to call in after hours and have had video conferences with the doctor. Each time, he and the staff were very helpful and concerned. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kottapalli and his staff to anyone. First of all I want to say this Doctor is very professional. He treated my dad during a difficult time and he was communicative about what was going on with his infection. He treated my dad very well and made sure he got his medicines even when there was a snow storm. The MA’s and Nurses were really nice and welcoming .

Dr Kotapalli is the best ID physician in town. He treated my husband and made him better. Two other ID physicians were not able to help him and one of them was pretty rude. He is the most compassionate doctor and absolutely knows his stuff . Would recommend him any day! Fantastic bedside manner and personality. Great staff!!

Rude Dr. Great and helpful staff.

Dr K is amazing! Very patient and takes the time to explain things. His nurse, Lavern is so patient and has answered every single question I’ve asked. Scheduling has been easy and all of the staff is friendly!

Dr. Lotta pall I started treating me when I was hospitalized for infection following a surgery. Even after I went home 9 weeks later he continued to follow up with in home IV antibiotics for over 3 months. He, And his staff took great care of me and seemed to really care about my well being and recovery.

One of the best doctor's in this industry/area, extremely informative and very good at what he does. He leaves his patients feeling very informed and confident in making the right choices and decisions based on his medical expertise. He comes very highly recommended.

He is an amazing doctor and a God send. He did so much for my daughter and has great bedside manner and a wonderful staff to boot. I highly recommend him.

Greatest Dr ever, he took control of my daughter's scary situation and got her back in perfect health. He is amazing and has great bedside manner. I highly recommend him. Office staff and especially the nurses are angels as well. I can't say enough good things.

Dr. Kottapalli is an awesome doctor, very caring and friendly. He took care of a very serious problem I had and I am so grateful for the care he gave me. His nurses, especially nurse Votika Mitchell, she was so patient and kind and made me feel not afraid, she is the best! Great staff! Dr. K. is the man. He has taken excellent care of me for the last 4 years. When I was diagnosed with an Infectious disease. I thought my life was basically over. However, Dr. K. has pulled me from being very, very ill to a great productive life. I love Dr. k. and would not hesitate to refer him and or suggest him. My sister is a registered nurse and she does not give a lot of compliments or suggest a lot of doctors to people, but she always brag and tell our family and friends about Dr. K.

Dr. Kottapalli's office treated my wife, Geraldine Gilbert, while in Methodist Charlton from 8/14/15 to 9/3/15. His charges totaled $830. After the insurance paid his office billed me $75.63 which I paid on 12/29/15. I then received a bill dated 12/31/15 for $55.78 which means they received a subsequent insurance payment. As a result, he owes me $19.85. I have called his billing office 3 times and went by his office 1 time. As of 3/12/16 he has not reimbursed me. Bill Gilbert
