I really dislike that someone gave Dr. Bassila a bad rating. My experience couldn’t have been more different than the person with the FAKE NAME has posted. It’s rare that I would take time to come rate a doctor, this is actually my first time but Dr. Bassila deserves this post and more gratitude than I can ever express. Dr. Bassilas patience, care and her ability to be personable allowed my very reserved son to feel the most comfortable he’s ever felt with any doctor. He asked if we can buy her a gift, that’s how much of a positive impression she has left on him. What an amazing doctor. Thank you Dr. Bassila.

Dr. Bassila is a great doctor/surgeon... as well as the whole ENT staff... very professional... Thank you for treating my child with such good care ????

My daughter had 2 procedures done by Dr. Bassila one in 2016 and one this year. She’s a great doctor. Super nice and friendly. Definitely recommend her. Thank you Dr.B ??

She is a miserabke older lady. I do not think she has kids or likes kids 'cause she made "evil" faces towards EVERY kid she saw. Every noise ANYONE made seemed to bother her. I honestly wouldnt recommend her to anyone. I dont think she should work with children if they are such a bother to her, although they PAY HER BILLS.SMH. good luck She is a miserabke older lady. I took my 5 year old daughter because I had concerns with her breathing during her sleep. My daughter had a hard time and got really nervous and scared once Dr. Bassila had to take the camera to look deep in her knows. As we know, this is an uncomfortable feeling. I believe that she did not numb my daughter correctly therefore could not do the exam properly. She tried to put the numbing again but it was too late. My daughter had lost it and the DR was rude with her and had no patience.
