I don't even want to do one star this is the worst clinic I have ever been to it use to be great now I would never recommend anyone to go there not even my worst enemy's

very busy doctor no medical record electronically not the best i would say and her office is calling me all the time to come for simple thing to collect more money her husband miss her front desk business very rude person! and aggressive

First visit: the doctor laughed for a diagnosis is had though it was no laughing matter. I think he’s gone now (thank god, rude old man) and the new doctor (Doctor Williams) was better. I was with Dr. Williams for YEARS! One accident/mistake they let me go as a patient. Now I've been with my new doctor and Dr. Williams office refuses to give me my files and HAS NOT forwarded any of my information to my new doctor. Very disappointed in that office. Very poorly ran and you wait way to long to be seen.

Great Doctors , friendly staff. I believe the most i have ever waited was about 10 or 15 min. Usually its just basically:Sign in, sit down, open up a game on my phone and as its loading "next!", then before I know it...Im handed a lollipop and sent on my way!. (I embellished the part about the lollipop, buf everything else is true ???? and who knows....maybe know day they will give out lollipops? Every doctor ought to, of for no other reason than to stick it to the dentist! One can only hope. Its an obvious oversight, though not one that merits a star being removed.) Hello my name is Crystal M. Grimes and Dr. Magda Williams has been my doctor for 10-12years now. She has been wonderful. I highly recommend her and for years have been referring many friends and family. She is educated, kind, timely, compassionate, and sincerely cares about the health of her patients and has really stepped up to the plate helping me getting tons of tests etc. due to my diagnosis of breast cancer in May 2020 and now other complications liver disease etc. She is great. Handing the Covid 19 to manage that all her patients, her staff and everyone involved stays safe. Very professional. Thank you so much for your service and I'm sure many more years of service. I have been Dr William's patient for at least 3 years and I have not had problems with her personally. She is very conscientious and caring. My problems are with her staff who show little interest and react negatively when I try to ask them to put me in contact with the Doctor. I was infected with Covid on the 15th of Sept.and spent 3 days in hospital. I have now been out since the beginning of the month and have been symptom free with high oxy level (in the 96 to 99 range) and no fever. I have retested for Covid on two occasions and resulted positive. I have a test tomorrow (Thursday 15th) and it will be my last one because I have read on CVC that one can shed Covid RNA for up to 3 months after the end of symptoms. I wanted to ask Dr Williams if I can now exit my quarantine and I also wanted to hear the result of the blood tests which she had ordered . I strongly feel that I should be able to talk to for more than one week.

This is an awful doctors office. The staff is rude and unprofessional, they will violate hippa by leaving all of your personal information and chart out and open in the hallway for other patients to see. The doctor is so cheap and won’t buy anything new to help the patients. She doesn’t even allow her staff to collect the correct vital signs as all her equipment is broken. She leaves your urine out on the counter for days letting bacteria grow on it resulting in false results. She is rude and does not care that her husband is the “office manager” because she’s to cheap to hire one and that no one is there to actually manage anything because he is uneducated and can’t manage anything and is the kind of person that will break the law and not pay his employees but instead avoid them. Dr. Williams is a fantastic doctor! She is very caring, understanding, has a very good patient/Doctor relationship, and knows what she is doing, But the last time I booked an appointment with Dr,Williams i drove 40 mill to see her , i checked in and they told me dr Williams will be with you shortly, BUT I surprised different doctor get in the room and Talk to me , when I asked where is dr Williams , told me she is busy!!! I did talk with the manager which is Tony Asked him why that happened? Why you didn’t give me any choices if I wanna see different doctor or no , he said you don’t have to see same doctor every time!!!!! Dr. Williams seems attentive and caring, office staff is not good. I have called several times with no return call. Claims have not been processed through my insurance company. Had an order to have a scan done and did so. A month has passed and still no response from the Doctors office, as to what the outcome was.

Staff is very unattentive and unprofessional. Would rather see their patients be admitted into the hospital than actually help. Sorry excuse for care giving.

Dr. Williams is very caring and knowledgable. She is also friendly and professional. Listens to my concerns and recommends more tests if needed. She really treats her patients with care as if they are family. Magna Williams is by far our favorite physician. We only see her because she takes the time to listen but also be prepared enough to remember you. She is like a trusted family doctor I could have imagined doing house calls because she is warm, addresses concerns diplomatically and with kindness. We never feel rushed and she asks you enough questions that you don’t leave and say shoot I forgot to ask that. Dr offices are intimidating because it is so personal and our family feel welcome and understood. Magna Williams is by far our favorite physician. This is an example of incompetence at the highest level. They need to completely retrain the staff. They need electronic records. They have records in files stacked one on top of the other. Communication is non-existing between the Patient and Primary. They need complete and total review by all the proper medical boards. Faulity evaluations lead to intimidating the Patient and leading him or her improperly. They don’t even have E Mail for efficient and swift communication. Medical Boards need to review! Dr Williams is a great doctor. but she is EXTREMELY BUSY!! So don't waste your time and find another doctor. the Staff there is terrible, they are very immature and inexperienced. They reschedule your appointment without calling you to let you know until the day before and they even reschedule you with a completely different doctor. DON'T GO HERE. You have to wait 3 hours at least to be seen every time and the staff do not know much about their own process. I will never recommend this place

The wait time was not bad. May be the time of the day. HOWEVER, the doctor who saw me seems to be totally clueless about basic infection control. He was doing routine checks on me when I complained of sore throat. He sticks this scope in my nostrils to look in. When he takes it out, I notice that he DID NOT put the disposable sleeve on it! I was shocked beyond belief - is this guy shoving that thing in peoples' noses without the disposable sleeves? What infections did he give me? I dont know. He saw the panic in my eyes - reached out to teh sleeves and put one on it. But it's too late. It's about 1 hour sicne I left the place. We'll see if I will come down with a horrible respiratory infection. The wait time was not bad. May be the time of the day. Very nice , understanding staff. I've only had one visit and from that one visit I noticed that the Dr. Was experienced, compassionate to my needs . Dr . took his time going through my medical history so he could better understand me and my medical problems , past and present. There are sooooo many other Dr's out there that don't care about you , the only thing they care about is money and getting the patient in and out as fast as possible. Been there done that . This Dr's office I'm posting about are not the kinda Dr's that care only about there wallets getting huge and rushing you in and out in 15 minutes. They care and became a Dr. for all the Wright reasons. I recommend this practice to everyone. Very nice , understanding staff.
