Fast and efficient.

Dr Singh was very sensitive while conducting the test and explained very well the test results and next steps needed to be taken according to the test performed.

Dr. Singh is very sweet and cares about her patients. She listened to what I had to say and took care of me instead of rushing me off. I was so scared about my epidural injection, but she talked to me through it and made me feel at ease. I recommend her to anyone.

Dr Singh is one of the most outstanding and amazing doctors that I visit. Although I had gone to another doctor, she reviewed my MRI and the diagnostic report, examined me gave an opinion as to why I was possibly feeling so sick and told me what she could do to help, making no promises. Fortunately, her treatment has turned to a positive outcome for me in less than a day. I praise and applaud her for the care and attention that she extends to all of her patients.

Good service, but MRI was a 30 min.tourtre.Dr. Singh I came to you to discuss injections to turn off my nerve pain, and I felt you gave me the runaround. I have had enough runaround. I dont need and appointment an urologist, so if we can cancel that and move forward would be good. Sometimes doctors need to listen to their patients.

My overall experience was good. The staff was very professional and courteous. Dr. Singh explained my procedure thoroughly

She is very down to earth and easy to communicate with. Everything was well explained, everything happened on time, and her staff were fantastic!

Normal procedure, the Dr was a little quiet not talking much, just explaining what she was going to do, normal procedure, test is painful and my weak muscles couldn't do much, but we got the test done and it help the Dr to see what needs to be done for the surgery. It was good.

Met with Dr. Singh for the first time yesterday. The wait time was short, the staff was so friendly and professional, and Dr. Singh is amazing. She took the time to explain the procedure and was patient with all of my questions. Her answers were thorough and explained in a way that a layperson could understand. I was sent to Dr. Madhu Singh by my orthopedics doctor for pain relief. I have had a number of back surgeries and procedures since 1997. The doctors at Rush have always been able to help with any back problems, they are all about listening and doing what's best for you, their patient. I appreciate the expertise Dr. Singh has in pain management and her listening to my description of what my issues were. Thank you for your expert care. Dr. Singh is absolutely a pleasure to work with. I don't ever feel rushed when I'm in her care and she takes the time to listen to everything that I as a patient need to explain so that she can provide the best care to me as possible. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to issues of the spine and I was seeing her because of cervical spondylosis I was having for over 1 year time span. She was able to provide me the steps necessary and is still helping keep my condition under control. I have recommended her to a multitude of people. Dr. Singh is absolutely a pleasure to work with. Dr Singh and her staff are very though. The doctor listened to my problem, reviewed the MRI and came up with a plan. I've had two shots on my back and they both went well. I'm hoping that the second shot will clear up the inflammation. Everyone I've come in contact with is very nice and caring.

Dr. Singh is a professional, patient, caring doctor. She took time to listen to my concerns about my very painful back problems. I had an appointment with Dr. Sinh and got there within the 15 minute grace period but she cancelled my appointment because my appointment was at 1:00 p.m. I find this very unprofessional.

A wonderful doctor- exceptional in all aspects!

All around poor experience, unfortunately. Waited nearly 4 weeks to get in, was given a total of 15 minutes with the Doctor. Very generalized questions and was given very limited information from there that was delivered either via email, through a portal -- none of which being from Dr. Singh herself. Care was then recommended based around what would be preferred by insurance, not what was best for the recovery of the patient.

Doctor Singh is great, however they have a nurse call you with results and you cannot get a doctor to call you back. When you have questions with the results, there is no one available to respond to s simple questions via email or over the phone. it appears the practice is just a money making experience with little care or little explanations to the patients. It is a sad statement about the medical profession and largely society.

Very friendly Dr. Visit was too fast. In and out in 15 min. Did not ask all of my questions. Not a good explanation of the condition. Diagnosed, treatment, visit over. Partly my own fault. Next time I will write down questions.

She listened and made eye contact while she type her notes which was quite impressive. Her recommendations were baby steps, ie, physical therapy for 6 weeks with a follow up after. She thoroughly explained the pyramid of treatment which made sense.

She for me was better than 5 stars. She was kind, she listened to my complaint. After her review she prescribed what was needed. The diagnois was correct.

At my first appointment Dr Singh said that she was committed to helping with my chronic back & neck pain (progressively worsening over the past 15 years). I am 30, active, 5'11", 140 lbs and otherwise very healthy - there are no obvious causes of my symptoms. I left the appointment hopeful, with a prescription for PT and a request to have X-rays done. I did both of these, dedicating myself to PT and the required exercises in between sessions, however my pain did not get any better after 10 s

Dr Singh was very considerate, very interested in my concerns. Compationate. I felt I was in very good hands. I am in agreement with her approach to my care.

I saw Dr. Singh for lumbar spine and leg pain. Over the course of treatment I thought she communicated well with me. She took the necessary time to listen to me, explain things to my satisfaction and answer my questions. Unfortunately she wasn't able to fix my problem because it was beyond what she does, which is no reflection on her. I would recommend her without reservations.

I brought my mom to see Dr Singh because she has osteoporosis and severe back pain. After a short exam and explanation of the problem, Dr Singh said she could offer no help for my moms problems. I am perplexed by this, as Dr Singh’s biography states she is a specialist in this area. Although Dr Singh was very kind and sweet to listen to my mom’s issues and was sympathetic for her pain, at the end it was a total waste of everyone’s time. We were hopeful disappointed.

I have been under Dr Singh's care since suffering a ruptured brain aneurysm 4 yrs ago. Her care and compassion has guided me as I navigate the post aneurysm pain management decisions required due to severe migraines that I deal with 24/7.I highly recommend Dr. Singh because she truly listens to each of my questions & has earned my trust & I truly value her kindness & her professional advice that has helped me deal with my ongoing situation.
