Madelyn Renee Sartain

I really liked Dr. Sartain as she picked up on things that only a female would. She was compassionate and I felt like she took my complaints seriously. The only issue I had was that my medications were sent to mail order instead of the requested local pharmacy causing a delay of onset of treatment for over a week. A call back the same day letting them know it was incorrect did not remedy the situation. I had the spend a large portion of my Monday morning calling mail order and insurance getting it cancelled and then my doctor could send it to the correct pharmacy. That’s my only complaint. Do not go to this doctor, at this or any other (West Town St?) location. The office is filthy, the other patients in the waiting room warned me away, then were cowed when they got yelled at for "telling stories!" The (alleged) M.A. does not know how to take a BP reading, and does not recognize the word "hypertension." She only reads questions off a list, then decides that the answer "isn't really that important" when she doesn't know how to spell it. Sounds like fiction, but very true!
