Horrible experience! Doctor Mabel Perez is a great doctor, however, her medical assistance are so unprofessional! Denise hanged up on me when I was triying to get my blood results. I am a cancer survivor and I been triying to get my blood results for an entire week! I been calling nonstop to get my results it is now Friday and I still have not gotten a call back from them! Dr. Perez is the best, she was my doctor as a child and as an adult she is the best.

Love her ! She takes the time needed to to interact with patients. I have been going to her for 30 yrs an she's never changed.Wonderful, caring, compassionate . The world needs more Dr.s like her.

I took my father to get a physical with doctor Perez, our appointment was at 10:30 a.m. and we were told to arrive early to fill up paperwork which we did, after waiting for an 40 I approached the front desk staff and asked them if we had to wait much longer and was told that to wait another 20 mins...as we are waiting everyone in the waiting room gets called some that got there before us and some after...at this time I approached front desk staff again and this time was told that we would have to wait another 45 mins. We never got to see dr. Perez, based on these reviews she sounds like a care giver and I am truly disappointed that we did not get to see that. We left the clinic because my father could no longer wait because of his situation, being aged and tired from working a full night shift. Having practice medicine for 20 years and to experience issues like this is honestly disappointing. I understand being patient and waiting 30 minutes but two hours is a bit excessive! Shes an outstanding doctor and ive been going to her for years. I even started having my 17 year old daughter start seeing her as well. I just love how kind and understanding she is and how comfortable she makes you. Best experience ive ever had with a doctor and her staff has always been super sweet as well. I even gone to the extra mile to even cancel a insurance plan just because she didnt take it. Glad she takes the insurance i have now. I absolutely love her!!!!!! Doctor Perez is a sweet, lovely and kind lady who really takes her time with you. She sits and talks with you, not rushing to get through like most doctors do.She tries to understand you and lets you talk. You do have a little wait time to see her but its only because she takes her time with each patient. To me she's the best doctor I have ever visited. Inconsiderate of people's time. Every time I come there is a wait. Today I had an appointment waited 1 hour and a half and still had 6 people in front of me. In addition I hadn't eaten since midnight since I was supposed to be having labs. To have people waiting that long without food is dangerous. I was given the option to reschedule, but it is unacceptable to have people waiting that long.
