The ppl at the front desk are rude and not very friendly!!!

I was flown to Lubbock for a heart episode. Received excellent care from Dr. Sharif and the staff at the Lubbock Heart Hospital and The Lubbock Heart Clinic. The nursing staff is amazing. The office is always full and they manage to get you in to your labs and appointments on time without feeling rushed. Dr. Sharif is very patient and explains the labs and procedures very well.

I was scared and worried about my procedure and when he came in and started talking to me I knew he was the Dr. for me very professional and confident and took all my worries away. The procedure was fast and painless and I will recommend all my family and friends. Excellent Dr. THANKS!!

I recently had a TAVR performed by Dr. Sharif and Dr. Hirsch. My surgery was extremely successful and I've received excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Sharif and his staff. He is a total professional and I highly recommend him to any patient needing heart health care.

Dr. Sharif communicated very well about my health and what needed to be done. Has always been spot on when diagnosing s problem and treating it. He has always been kind and has a very good bed side manner. I feel very comfortable around him and trust him with my heart health care needs. One of the best!

I had two visits with an echo and stress test for labs. Combined both visits were only 20 minutes long in which I talked with Dr. Sharif. I waited over an hour in the actual room with no explanation except he will be here soon from his staff on my follow up. I was told that it was illegal for me to record our conversation, even though I wanted it to recall information on what I needed to do, and Dr. Sharif even raised his voice with me about it. Never showed me my labs, and visit was rushed.
