Dr. M Bert Keel JR.

I’m a first time snowbird from Illinois. About a month ago part of my filling came out. Dr Keel was highly recommend it was his dad that took care of me. It had been 9 years since I had been to a dentist. Today I went in for a cleaning and X-ray. Dr. Keels dad said your all good. I told him 9 years ago the dentist in Decatur Illinois told me I have 7 cavities. Mr. Keel said no cavities and there is no way you had 7 and now gone! These folks are great sorry I don’t live here! The girl dental hygienist there, I can’t remember her name, but she’s awesome! She keeps good conversation and doesn’t make your experience boring. This place makes my dental experience so much better.

Always a courteous staff. Been seeing Dr. Keel for many years and now his son is part of his practice. Dr. Murray Keel is just as thorough and knowledgeable as his dad.

I think both Dr Keel’s are great and the office staff are so nice. Every time I come here, I do not have to wait long and they get what they need to get done quickly. I truly appreciate both dentists and staff. Keep up the good work.

We have used Dr. Keel since the early 1980s. Experience has always been positive. Top notch care from professionals who love their work. Unlike many folks we never dread going to the dentist!!

I had a filling done, fell out within the next couple of days. This was back in 2010. He might have improved since then. If you are looking for a truly great dentist Theresa Jones in Gulfport at Hillcrest dental has been amazing to me. I have dentist shopped for years and Theresa Jones has been the best so far.

My visit to the dentist office was great. I had my teeth cleaned. The dental assistant was very professional. She worked hard to make my teeth gleaming. Highly recommend this practice.

I couldn't wait to get back for my cleaning and checkup. It was way too long of a wait due to COVID, but they got me in ASAP. They were very careful in following the new guidelines. I felt safe the entire time. I just love chatting with those ladies. And yes! Ashley did an awesome job of cleaning my teeth plus I got a good report from Dr. Keel. Very happy with this dentist. Dr. Bert Keel & Dr. Murray Keel are awesome. From the cleaning to the actual check up, everyone in the office is very nice and professional. Ive been in Bay St Louis since 2015 and my wife and I are patients and would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic Change My previous dentist decided to retire and start working with his wife. I made my way to see Dr. Keel in Bay St. Louis. His office staff alwasys greets you with a warm smile. Everyone is so accomadating. I recently convinced my wife to join me. She has been using a dental practive in New Orleans. Been seeing Bert for almost 30 years. He's a great guy and a wonderful doctor. He doesn't perform any procedures that he doesn't absolutely need to. He is still watching a teeny cavity I've had for years!..I have only had 1 cavity in 30 yrs, and before that in st. Louis, I had around 8 before I was 22. Sad really because I don't think I needed any of them. The staff always has a smile to greet you. You won't go wrong with Bert or his son! Great family :) Been seeing Bert for almost 30 years. Absolutely love Dr. Keel and his staff! So kind and professional. For one of the first times that I can remember, it was a pleasure to go to the dentist. I look forward to seeing them all again for a check up. Highly recommend!

Let me just start by saying that my husband has been a patient of Dr. Keel's for quite a long time. I don't know what has happened to customer service in the medical industry but I forwarn anyone that has a question for this office staff - its not worth the hassle, you can take your business elsewhere. The girl Angie that works in the office is a rude, condescending, unprofessional, immature CHILD. My husband called last week regarding making an appointment but had questions as far as services provided, how it is billed, etc. He is usually a cash patient with Dr. Keel. Angie told my husband someone would give him a call Friday 7/14/17 once they reviewed his insurance policy. On Monday 7/17/17 my husband called and spoke with someone but the lady was not giving him the correct information, my husband was trying to explain himself, and Angie would not allow him to talk. He told her that I would be calling to talk to her since I am the policy holder. I experienced the same condescending tone, talking over me, not hearing my questions nor answering my questions. Angie then told me that Dr. Keel would not see my husband since he used a curse word on the telephone but SHE was the one who got him upset to the point where he cursed, I'm sorry but this day in age, unless you were CALLED an expletive you should correctly relay the information to the doctor, (which clearly wasn't done) I asked for Angie to ask Dr Keel if all my husband's services could be done in one visit, she said she would talk to him and call me back, once she did I was told that my husband had been dismissed as a patient, what a joke. Angie stated that Dr. Keel would not return any phone calls nor would he take one from us. I promise there are high schoolers that could probably do this girls job better than Angie seeing as she has no people skills whatsoever. What a waste of hot air. Just settled into BSL and needed to get a dental check-up. Excellent friendly service from Ms. Jeannie and then Dr Murray.

Professional, efficient, friendly staff. I've been a patient since before Katrina, extremely happy with the whole experience, highly recommend this dental practice.

After years of service to a local dentist that didn't stand behind their work, I was referred to Dr keel. Dr keel was very professional and completed the repair of bridge. Also explained on what caused it to loosen and explained proper flossing for these repairs. For sure, this is our new family dentist.

My daughter and I just love Dr. Keel. He is a great dentist. The staff is friendly. The office is cute. I love that they send reminders and they will work you with scheduling. Fantastic experience! Thank you Dr. Murray Keel. My children and I moved to Old Towne district several years ago. We chose Dr. Keel due to location.We continue to use both father and son due to their excellent work,cost efficiency,and timely manner in which each appointment is met.
