Dr. Omar Hamoui and his staff are second to none, he was the only urologist that would listen to me about some issues l had and took care of it, great bedside manners and very pleasant to talk to, lam from Michigan and He will always be my uro. I’m so glad l found him a true life changer

This Dr was informed the patient had liver disease. Still he instructed the patient to take a very strong antibiotic as a “precautionary” and not cause of any known infection. After a procedure he also instructed the patient to take “AZO otc” for urinary discomfort…. This also has documentation that specifically states to NOT take if patient has liver disease. Patient trusted this physician with his instructions cause he figured since the Dr was clearly informed about the liver disease then sure thing he wouldn’t out the patient in more danger. Now the patient is suffering elevated liver enzymes way out of wack and the patient’s Gastroenterologist stated “these two medications should not have been recommended in any way especially since no infection was found or being treated and was only recommended for precautionary reasons” I can’t wait to move out of this state back home where real Dr’s practice. This state is a dumpster fire for inadequate physicians.

Dr Omar Hamoui is a great Dr of Urology I have all my trust in him, his staff are very friendly and really take care of their patients, I recommend anyone who has urology related issues to go to his practice

I have been seen by this Urology Specialist for over 5 years, since he removed stones from my kidneys n an emergency basis. The first time I met him was at the hospital just before surgery. Since that time I have been periodically examined and treated by him. His outstanding skills, knowledge, and medical and surgical abilities have consistently been outstanding. Dr. Oscar Hamoui is an intelligent and well-rounded physician with a sense of humor and a way of telling the truth as he finds it - and EXPLAINS it to the patient. At the same time, he is personable and caring provider and has been that way since the first time we met at the hospital. He runs a very friendly and efficient medical practice staffed by professionals in all responsibilities, from the reception desk to appointment scheduling to Physician Assistants and phlebotomists and technicians. Because of his supporting staff, I feel very comfortable in their office, knowing that I am being treated appropriately by all - not just a number. Sorry to say but worst doctor ever. No bedside manor at all but could put that aside if he hadn't rescheduled twice during the day, showed up at 5:15 pm and then barked at the nurses to get moving. Then when my husband went back for follow up, he was turned away for no insurance card. I understand the policy, i had it faxed within 10 minutes of the appointment time and they had to rescedule. Office staff wasn't very pleasant either.

As my partner was lying there in the hospital, she didn't understand anything he was saying and when i tried explaining my partners mental illness, he came at me and started asking ME personal questions, then attacking me about things that he has NO clue about, then told me, "DIDN"T U HEAR WHAT I SAID, SAY WHAT I JUST SAID. Y do I have to repeat myself". And that is AFTER he was asking me personal questions and started JUDGING me like he knew anything. It is DISPICABLE how a DR is so full of himself and mistreats his patients with such abusive verbal abuse/behavior, especially when u need HELP and that's why u go to him. In his office, the FIRST thing that came out of his mouth was accusations about a situation he was 100% wrong about and knew NOTHING about. It left me in SHOCK how he accused me of things and then judged me while his patient was sitting there in pain making her and I feel VERY uncomfortable and VERY stressed. I've met bad DR's but THIS one wins the prize for the WORST DR ever. I bet if ur partner verbally abuses u, someone is always gonna be ready to attack u and say to u to leave that person or don't deal with that, so why then, does a sick and hurt patient have to deal with it. Don't even let me get started on his offices disorganization, slowness, lack of work education, making excuses, do NOT call back even when u tell them it's a serious issue, etc.. That DR and that NURSE KAREN are twins with the same discusting attitude and pompus behavior. This year with the COVID virus going strong, the day before Easter, I had a horrific pain on my left side from the front middle of my body to the back middle of my body. I had no idea what was happening to me and within an hour I had to call 911 to take me to the hospital because of the the pain. Dr. Hamoui came to the hospital and ran tests and I had a kidney stone. He also came up on Easter morning to see if I had passed the stone. I had not. So, he scheduled my surgery for the next morning and everything went wonderfully and I was soon home. Dr. Hamoui is the best Urologist I have ever had. I first met him a year ago, when i had to have an emergency TURP. In follow up visits Dr. Hamoui and his staff have been very helpful and friendly. I recommend Dr. Hamoui and staff to anyone needing anything to due with urology.

Recently I had to take a family member of mine to Dr. Hamoui's office to discuss a procedure. The doctor was very compassionate and made us feel like we were not a number. Excellent Service and Friendly Atmosphere. My Husband had a recent procedure done in the hospital, and Dr. Omar Hamoui was absolutely wonderful. Courteous, concerned, and very detailed in all aspects of the surgery.
