I was very disappointed with my bad experience with this dentist, Dr. Sirenko. When I called their office numerous times for booking an appointment, no one answered the calls. I also left numerous messages for them to call me back, but no one called me back. Eventually a representative from my insurance company, called the office with me on a conference call. I finally got the appointment. When I spoke with the receptionist on the phone, I asked her whether Dr. Sirenko was an Endodontist or not. She said yes. That day it took me over 2 hours to get to their office by taking the bus and subway. I waited for another 1/2 hour to get to see the dentist. While I was waiting, I asked the receptionist again whether Dr. Sirenko was an Endodontist or not. She couldn't give me a straight answer. She only told me what kinds of treatment that the dentist did and didn't do. I got a bad feeling about that. When I saw the dentist, she didn't even exam my teeth or gum. After she heard that I had a gum infection and needed Root Canal treatment, she just gave me some flyers from other dentist and sent me away. I was so upset that they wasted my time (over 5 hours) and transportation expenses for nothing. I didn't get the RCT that I desperately needed. They should be honest and upfront to the public about the dentist's qualification. Why do they waste people's time for their visits and not be able to give them the treatment? If you are Asian, please do not go there. I decided to post for this for Asian people. Today, I did waste of my time. The assistant in the dental office told me they couldn't find out my information but the insurance told me they sent the my record. I asked them "Do you want me back". They said "It is up to you". When I was out of there, right way I called my old dental office. They have no problem with my record. I did not go to my dental office because of pandemic. I should have taken the bus. She doesn't like black people. The doctor and her assistant called patients ahead of me at every appointment. They never did it to anyone else. When she did the cleaning it was very painful. She didn't do it like other doctors... She did my whole mouth in less than a minute. She went through the cleaning causing so much pain and just treated me like I was less than.
