Terrible customer service does not follow through with patients , Gave medication had an allergic reaction called office several times no answer and even emailed still nothing . Had to go see another Dr to help with severe issues and barely breathe and they also did not hear from this group. Very sad people or groups like this still are legally allowed to practice medicine . Have proof of phone calls and emails and other Drs calls and no response . If you value you health and well being please see another Dr

Dr. Wiens is incredible. He was very thorough in explaining my symptoms and deciphering the importance between allergies & immunity. I'm currently under his care and making progress. I highly recommend Dr. Wiens due to his attention to true Patient Care!

Love this doctor. When I did the rapid series and was at the office for several hours getting multiple injections to get built up on my serum, he checked on me the times to make sure I was doing okay and was not going into anaphylaxis (I reacted very strongly to the panel test so I was higher risk). I have had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Wiens or the clinical staff that work with him.

Kind, patient, and very knowledgeable

Dr. Wiens is the best, hands down! He is kind and personable, he explains procedures and options available so you are both on the same page. He takes the time to listen, and you are in good hands with such a skilled physician!

He did not answer questions about a reaction to a medication nor did he explain lab results.

Dr. Weins and his MA were great however their front desk girl, Katie H, leaves much to be desired. She was rude from our first interaction which left a terrible impression - so much so that I'm canceling my upcoming appointment and going elsewhere. As someone who struggles with anxiety, having a hateful receptionist to deal with isn't something I wish to combat every visit - especially when I don't feel well. When I raised my concern to Katie's supervisor she was dismissive which cemented my decision to switch to another doctor. While I have no doubt that Dr. Wiens is competent, I would rather see someone with kind, sensitive staff. I love Dr Wein AND his office staff! I’ve been going here for almost three years and Dr always treats me personably, is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. His staff is so friendly and capable it says a lot about how he must be as a boss!

I was actually called back before my appointment time. Dr. Weins listens before responding and takes the time needed.

Dr. Weins saved my life using a biological med called Fasenra! Before starting Fasenra last June, I have 5 severe asthma attacks that put me in the hospital on a BiPap. I was very close to needing to be intubated and on a ventilator. Dr. Weins figured out that I had what is call eosinophilic asthma. My triggers, smoke and perfumes, would cause me to stop the ability to move air into my lungs. Since starting the Fasenra, I have been exposed to both of my major triggers with only a slight reaction to smoke once that I used my inhaler and was fine after. Dr. Wiens dramatically changed my allergy situation. I cannot thank him enough. If people are reluctant to seek medical help for their allergy and breathing difficulties, they shouldn't be. I should have gone to him years ago. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely love what Dr. Wiens has done for my allergies! I used to have to take zyrtec, flonase, and benadryl, and sometimes all of that wasn't even enough. I only take my daily zyrtec, and occasionally flonase now. He has changed my life, and I'm so happy I was referred to him!

I have had severe allergy symptoms most of my life. After seeing Dr. Wiens I started allergy injections. The difference is incredible. My allergy symptoms are now minimal and my quality of life has improved. Dr. Wiens and his staff are always kind, professional, and prompt.

Dr. Wiens listens and genuinely strives to help people who put their care in his hands. He thoroughly explained the options for reducing my allergy symptoms. The option I chose was allergy injections (immunotherapy). Before I started getting the injections, my mood and energy level really were really affected by my allergy symptoms; those included extremely itchy, watery eyes, runny and/or congested nose and excessive sneezing. Plus, the extreme sinus drainage, caused by my allergy to tree pollens (especially cedar), was so bad I would be nauseous to the point of vomiting sometimes from December through February. I am so happy I made that first call to Dr. Wiens’ office. He really listened to me when we discussed my progress, and he made adjustments as needed. I have personally been a patient of Dr. Weins for about seven years now. Dr. Weins has always been so kind, helpful, and understanding when it came to my asthma and allergies; both were incredible bad. We started on allergy and xolair shots when I was around 16 and the amount of relief it has brought me has been incredible. Its all about managing the problem to the point where its basically non-existent. One area that Dr. Weins has really made an impact was actually with my tonsils. They have always been abnormally large. When he first mentioned it to me I was in high school (around 17) and I saw an ENT right after he informed me. The ENT was not even in the room for 5 minutes and says "you're fine, that's normal." And obviously I just took his word for it. After years of Dr. Weins telling me to get a second opinion I finally did. I went to another ENT who had really good reviews and he said they were abnormally large and blocking off my airway when I would sleep and that was why I was always tired. I am 22 years old now and just had a tonsillectomy about 5 months ago and my asthma has DRAMATICALLY improved. If Dr. Weins never would have kept telling me to get it looked at again, I would have kept living in misery. I just had my allergy check up today and I am not at the point where I only need to be taking 1 medication a day and I use to have to take 7 when I started seeing him. Dr. Wiens helped my son's asthma problems immensely. We spent 4 years on allergy shots and a daily inhaler. Now, my son's lungs are strong enough to give up the inhaler and allergy shots. It's been an incredible transformation for a child that had pneumonia numerous times as an infant and toddler.

Dr. Weins has been a Godsend. I have dealt with asthma since childhood and found some relief from allergy shots. Most recently, as a woman in my 70's, I've been diagnosed with COPD. Dr. Weins tested my blood and found I have high eosinophils and a candidate for the monthly Nucala E Asthma injection. I have taken it for a year and the results have been phenomenal!! I have gone through high pollen seasons without need for medication of any kind!!! Thank you, Dr. Weins!

I was told by my pcp that I had copd. Believing that this was brought on by allergies I went to Dr. Wiens for allergy testing. After starting allergy shots I am breathing freely with no other medications. The terrible coughing is gone. I feel so much better and have more energy than I’ve had in years. Thank you Dr. Wiens!

Excellent doctor. Listens carefully, explains results well, and great bedside manner. I wish that I had gone to him sooner.

Dr. Wiens is amazing. He is very attentive, listens, answers questions, and truly cares. I’ve been to other allergists, but have never been well controlled and continued to suffer. Finally, I am getting relief! I cannot thank Dr. Wiens enough for his help!
