Lynn A Rudman

I have been Dr. Lynn Rudman's patient for over 25 years. I consider myself extremely lucky to be her patient. She delivered 2 of my children. She is always very attentive, dedicated, and professional, and she spends a lot of time with her patients. I love her sense of humor. She is an optimist and always able to make your day bright. I trust and respect her very much. Dr. Rudman, please do not stop working and do not retire. You have brought so many babies into this life and gave so much hope to many patients. DR Rudman has no bedside manners. She is a great doctor, but that's not important when you are a mean human being and not approachable. She has climbed up the medical ladder only for status and not for actual care of her patients. She is very proud about her connections, if only she could transfer that strive to be the best for her patients. She actually takes pride in the fact that people are "scared" of her. no they are not scared, they just don't want to deal with rude people. She will walk right by you, disregard you and ignore you outside of the clinic. OH! And the only reason she spends that much time with patients is because she bored with her life and feeds off others people issues/life events. After you're done, her whole staff will know what's going on in your life! I just feel bad for her Medical Assistant! Shes an amazing person, i don't know how she has delt with her for so long...

Zero professional staff. The front desk girl gave me an appointment multiple times and when i showed up she rudely said i was wrong and missed my appointment. I was harassed for payment even though i had not gottrn the services i was being harassed to pay. Makes me feel like shes more focussed on finances than quality care. She doesnt listen. I ended up leaving and am so happy with Ramos she listens and shes compassionate.

I find Dr Rudman extremely caring and knowledgeable. She takes time to explain the details.

Once believed this doctor was a great doctor who provided the best care for her patients. Her bedside manner is cold in general but that was not as important as having a doctor who took everything else, medically speaking, extremely serious. Its safe to say, now, her bedside manner outshines her ability as a doctor to do her job and properly take care of her patients. She is extremely egotistical, doesn’t hesitate to talk bad about any and every other local OBGYN. She has a huge reputation for treating hospital staff, primarily nurses, like garbage. She actually says shes proud of the fact so many fear her. God forbid she make any mistakes delivering or caring for one of her patients while they are at Cottage, she will either blame the nurse whose assigned to that patient or she will literally blame the patient. I dont just suggest looking elsewhere for a doctor, i suggest running in any direction away from this one. When you do find a doctor make sure they dont work in a group that includes her as a backup if your doctor is unavailable because i promise you she very likely will take such a special and beautiful experience and leave you completely traumatized unless you get lucky. Her front desk staff is absolute trash but her nurse is good and very nice. I honestly have no idea how this doctor still has a license or hasnt had criminal charges for some of the things shes done. Dr. Rudman is amazing. She was my doctor before I had my daughter and is an incredible OB. I trust her completely and love her dry sense of humor. She spends real time with her patients and gets to know them. Her advice is practical and realistic and she presents you with a range of options when she thinks there are many safe paths but doesn’t hesitate to tell you when she thinks there’s one best way to go. I felt safe throughout my whole pregnancy and labor and wouldn’t dream of seeing anyone else in SB.

Great doctor who is thorough in making sure all is well from year to year. Her staff is very helpful as well.
