One of the worst medical experiences I've had. After reviewing a 10 month old MRI report of mine she told me I needed a surgery before I became paralyzed because my disc bulge was so bad and she advised me to do it soon. I researched and contacted a surgeon and was required to have a new MRI. She repeatedly refused to order one despite my desperate pleas and reminders that she's the one that suggested surgery. My new PCP would never make someone scared and in pain suffer needlessly

Service has been getting worse and worse each visit. Waiting time gets longer but doctor always rushes in and I feel is rushing through the examination. She asks questions that she would know the answers to if she just took time to review my chart before coming into the room. Do not feel confident in treatment. Shopping for a new primary care.
