First off i have suffered with mental illness and have started having suicidal thoughts. I am shocked at how unresponsive this place is. I was referred by my doctor over 2 months ago. so basically if you have mental illness you have to wait months for an appt. I also work full time and have 6 kids at home. Yesterday around lunch time i received a call saying i will have my appointment today at 10am. i will receive emails to complete paperwork and they will call before the actual appointment to collect payment. I have received nothing, no phone calls, no emails. I was unable to get out of the office on time for this apt today and because i received no emails i decided to reschedule my appointment. I was told i'd have to find a new doctor. wow! no wonder there are so many suicides in this country. This is how it works. They do not follow through but when you need to reschedule you are no longer relevant.
