Front office receptionist was rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. Waited months for appointment and was rescheduled several times due to COVID. That was not a problem. It was when I arrived at my appointment at its originally scheduled time, but it was changed to a half hour later (and i forgot), that the receptionist displayed an ignorant belittling attitude and refused to try and work me in. Dealt with some minor-annoyance skin issues for years, which stumped even my GP. Visited Dr. Colaiacovo and she identified them in 5 minutes, with a beaming smile, and prescribed me some things that cleared it up in days. Been over a year since my first visit, and things are still a+.

Would not honor her appointment after we drove two hours because we were 15 minutes late.

Fabulous experience. So grateful I went to her. I went there with a list of complaints and she addressed them all. 1). I’m in my 40s and wanted a full skin eval ✔️ 2) I had a concern about a lesion on my nose and she biopsied it as I hoped she would. Office called within five business days with the benign results (thank god!) ✔️ 3) Skin tag on my abdomen was removed as requested ✔️ 4) She evaluated my hair loss and we went over what I’ve already done. She gave me further recommendations ✔️ She did a very skillful job with my nose Lesion biopsy and skin tag removal. She spent time with me and answered all my questions. i Love everyone there Every one is friendly Dr and the PA's are all very knowledgeable and caring

Friendly and efficiently diagnoses and treats you. Puts you at ease by thoroughly explaining everything prior, during and after all procedures. Your confidence grows, from her confidence.

I've been going here for 15-20 years. Chad is awesome.

I have been a patient at this practice for over fifteen years. I have some "spots" on my legs and arms that had been misdiagnosed by approximately 5 other dermatologist and bought expensive cream to treat these spots, which did nothing. I am so glad I finally came to this practice. They quickly and correctly (showed me a picture) diagnosed my condition. They have always been helpful and efficient. Great place. Dr. Colaiacovo is extremely knowledgeable & cares about her patients. I saw her for a mole removal, which she made Me feel completely at ease during the procedure. I was very pleased with the staff, friendliness, and cleanliness of the office. I will certainly be back to see Dr. Colaiacovo for any of my skin care needs.

Called the office for a checkup for a concerning facial mark. Got stiffed for a three month wait. Hope I don't have cancer. I am a regular patient but apparently not an important one.

Had appointment for full body cancer screen. She had me stand up looked me up and down said could not see any I suppose obvious cancer . Took maybe 2 minutes for whole screening. What a joke.

Can;t praise Dr. C. enough! She gave me a thorough mole examination and recognized a patch of skin on my chest as cancer. I was inserted into her schedule quickly for an in-office procedure and back with the same swiftness for a thorough follow-up. She listened to my concerns and shared hers freely with me. In the end, I was put at ease with her pleasing disposition and practical medical interpretation. The nursing and front office staff couldn't have been more professional and friendly!

She was horrible! I went to see her for a boil, she refused to do anything at the time. Sent me home with a rx to take and come back in 2 weeks. Well the rx gave me an infection, which I had to spend more money to correct. Went back to her at the 2 week mark, only for her to tell me that there was nothing she could do at that time. And yes - I still had the boil. Waste of my insurance, my money and my time!! I will never go back to her. Also..fyi I had 2 marks on my face that just wouldn't heal. She asked about them. I told her I had them for close to 4 years but they aren't getting better. She dimissed it. I've found out by another Dr in Hermitage that I had skin cancer. She could have done something..but no. I had to have surgery to remove it because it was so bad. All because she didn't run a test or seem to care enough to do so. When a patient tells you it's been this way for 4 years and isn't getting better..DO SOMETHING!! She was horrible! I went to see her for a boil, she refused to do anything at the time. great service

I came in for an all over skin exam. She never checked my scalp , under my bra or panties. The only thing she looked at are the moles I pointed out. I will never go back or recommend her to anyone.

The doctor was in a big hurry. She spent less than five minutes per patient. I had several concerns, and had to keep stopping her from hurrying out of the room. Although several family members have presented with the same unsightly, itching, burning rash, she did not use a Wood's lamp or perform tests. She just kept saying, It's nothing pathological. I will cancel my kids' appointments, and find someone else.
