If you are having issues with your feet this is the office to go to. The front desk staff is efficient and extremely pleasant. My nurse took me back and she was very encouraging as I was a bit nervous along with she stood by her boss. Her boss is doctor moblen.. You gave me an honest answer to my foot issue which is all you really want from a doctor. Honesty. Great doctor! My wife has been going to him for years and we've been delighted with him and his staff.

Receptionists are rude, they don’t listen to you , they want you yo hand up ASAP . you will think twice before making a phone call. They want you yo be there on time but make you wait in the room for 1 hour.. if you want a office who treat you with respect go somewhere else

I love Dr Modlin!! You may have a wait in the office but he is SO WORTH IT!!!

Dr. Modlin is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, caring and takes time with his patients. I have referred him to several people who have also been very pleased.

Would have loved to meet Dr. Modlin, but never made it in the door. His front desk person made *sure* I knew that if I was even one minute late for the 30 minute paperwork padding I would be turned away. Best not to risk the wasted time. One-star for the front desk.

Dr. Modlin performed by Austin Bunionectomy in January 2020 and I've been very happy with both Dr. Modlin and his office staff. I feel he took the time to make sure I understood what would happen through every stage of the surgery and recovery. I had very little pain after the surgery. I have always left his office with a follow up appointment and always had a minimal wait time. I would highly recommend Dr. Modlin for any foot/ankle issue you may have. Doctor was arrogant. He was unable to help me because my condition required surgery. I went to another doctor who corrected my condition with a simple surgical procedure. I suspect he was not comfortable performing surgery.

Billing is a major issue- Did not bill the correct insurance information....3 years later I get a bill from collections with fees and large balance. Call the office and am told by the very rude receptionist that it is my " issue " and they will not bill the correct insurance because it is too late!

Great doctor, but he expects you to be there on time. However, once you go back to the room easily an hour wait.

Horrible. An hour wait for first visit and had to make a second to get condition treated. Contacted and told 2nd appt had to be rescheduled. Then contacted AGAIN to cancel that appointment and told that they had no record of having already contacted me and did not have the rescheduled appointment available. This place is an administrative mess. I am going elsewhere. You should too.

Have been going there for years, but when I sent him an email stating that I had been treated poorly by front office staff, HE IGNORED IT. I had an appointment 2 days ago, brought the subject again and was ignored!

I brought my daughter to see Dr Modlin in and had a great experience. He was attentive, professional, a good listener. Based on that, I made an appointment for myself. Well I was surprised to learn at my appointment that I was seeing the other doctor there ?Madi). This man was inattentive, short, not a good listener, and told me my insurance wouldn't cover new orthotics. So I went to my old podiatrist (where I should have gone!) and was informed that I did have coverage and in fact it was the fAstest response they had ever received From the insurance company. I had plantar fascitis (heel pain). Saw another podiatrist who gave me some recommendations which ended up not helping. Eventually saw Dr. Modlin who first prescribed some moderate treatment which did not help. He then fitted me for orthotics which alleviated the pain. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star review is that there is usually a wait to get to see the dr. I had plantar fascitis (heel pain). Top doctor for sure. Comprehensive treatment and great follow up. Foot issue solved!!

I had a severe case of mortons neuroma, a condition where the nerve in the foot is inflamed to the point where you can feel the nerve pop between bones when pressure is placed on it. The pain would stop me eventually from being able to walk. After several treatments of cortisone, it was apparent I would need surgery. If not done correctly, this can lead to multiple issues in the future. Dr Modlin performed the surgery, and after a couple weeks, I was cured. Long wait time - one hour. My son had an appointment with Dr. Modlin. The waiting room was filled with elderly patients. Some of these patients used canes, some had foot boots. I asked the patient next to me if there was always a wait and she said yes. I feel Dr. Modlin should evaluate his wait times. Dr. Modlin did apologize to my son for the lengthy wait. He is very knowledgeable and truly listens to your concerns. He is willing to go the extra mile and thoroughly explains the treatment plan. Highly recommend him!

Dr Modlin and his associate are excellent. They have been our podiatrists for decades. One highly recommended doctor in another state ( we were on 3 month vacation there).. we went to urged my husband Ray to have surgery on his foot saying it was the only cure for the pain. When Ray came back to see Dr Modlin, he did a simple procedure in a few minutes! No surgery, no 6 weeks without driving!!
