Do not care about your children just how to make money.

Do not go here! All they care about is money and not your child. We had read reviews like this before we chose this practice but was hoping they weren’t true. Unfortunately every bad review you read about them is 100% accurate. Save yourself the time, money and headache of dealing with them and find yourself a REAL DOCTORS OFFICE. I would give negative stars if I could.

Horrible practice! Do not waste your time or your child’s time dealing with this office and their antics. I wish I would have trusted the bad reviews I read before bringing my daughter here. They do not care at all about the child’s well being all they care about is where they can squeeze money out of you. I am not one to write reviews but after the experience we had here I had to do my duty and let other parents out there know how bad it is here and to save yourself the trouble. Trust me find another practice you will be happy you did so.

Going in for a 'well visit' should should be 100% covered by insurance, but they always find a way to bill you or charge you for something extra. Whether it's an extra 'screening' (i.e. extra questions when get a vaccination), or something random like a lazy-eye visit. It happens even when you didn't ask for this assessment, or when you've confirmed upfront that 'everything is 100% covered, right?' Then it's always a head-ache, he said, she said trying to get them to correct things with the insurance company.

Dr. Charles and the office staff are attentive and accommodating to parents' needs. The office is exceptionally clean and they have done a wonderful job following protocol during COVID-19. They are respectful of different parenting approaches and they are very responsive on the on call line. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone with little ones.

Dr. Charles is nice and informative as well the staff. However, hands washing does not seem to practice frequently before examining kids. Especially with what's happening with covid, they need to be mindful of that.

This doctor is uneducated to say the least. She is unable to determine a simple ear infection. She only cares about money not your child. Beware! Don’t trust the ratings on google. her and her team work overtime to get any negative reviews pulled down.

This doctors office is terrible! The doctors do the minimum and rush to leave. They don’t see a patient, they care about how many people they can get through the door $$$. only motivation is money! run fast! they don’t care about your kids, They are very uneducated.

Doctors have no clue how to care for patients. Beware!!

Horrible doctors and office manager is very disrespectful, incompetent and rude.

Filthy office and horrible staff

Staff is nice. Office is clean. The downfall with this office is that they have chosen to charge patients extra to get a flu test or strep test when you can get them free at urgent care... $45 each to be exact and if you don’t have the money they make no exception you have to pay right there and then. So my insurance pays her for the visit and then she charges extra for a routine test. I think it’s absurd and abuse of power.

Dr. Charles and her staff are great! She remembers her patients, she's informative, great at figuring out exactly what is wrong. So glad I found her!

Being a first time mom I had many concerns about baby, especially picking a pediatrician. Dr. Charles is humble and truly demonstrated a concern and love for our daughter. She is very knowledgeable and gives great advise. I schedule appointments easily and quickly. Her office is extremely clean and kid friendly, as is her staff. I have called and received a response within a 30 minutes if she's with other patients. For any emergency she was able to see us immediately. I recommend her!

Weekend receptionist is wonderful and all of the staff are so kind. I am usually able to get right in when my daughter is sick, especially on the weekends! Dr. Charles is sweet and gentle. Clean and bright office. Very pleased! :)

My 3 children have been seeing Dr. Charles regularly for almost 17 years (we 'followed' her from her previous practice). She is professional and caring, friendly, and interacts nicely with kids of all ages. She is open to discussing any concerns with parent or child. The office staff is courteous and we do not ever have to wait very long.
