Terrible office! Went to new office 2 weeks ago to have records for my daughter transferred over to her new doctor. I was told to pay .75 cents approximately a copy for those records so I paid them right then and there. New doctor told me they never received anything so I once again called Dr chens office to follow up and was told the records were sent "lastnight". Poor communication and these people are most definitely not in the best interests of the patient. They care about that insurance and themselves.. Very disappointed in this place Terrible office! Dr Chen sees his patients personally. He listens, follows up and is knowledgeable. Takes great care of his patients.

Would not listen to my mom. Referred her to specialists and told them her condition was overactive bladder - which biased their investigations. It took 6 months of complaining and jumping through hoops just to get a routine test that showed she had Ovarian cancer - at which point it was already Stage 3. After a year and a half of unsuccessful various chemo treatments she is about to die from Ovarian Cancer just before her 65th birthday, and we are all left wondering, could things be different if her doctor took her seriously in the first place?

Dr.Chen and his staff are amazing. They are friendly and alway get me in on the same day when I need it. Thank you Dr. Chen

Dr. Chen has been a very caring Doctor to my family for 18 years. I hated to leave him. I recently relocated.
