We love Dr. Santos. Our non-verbal autistic child has been a patient of his for almost a decade now and I would say we have been truly blessed to have crossed paths with him. His staff is professional, and the offices on both East and West side are always very clean and comfortable. And the wait time is never more than fifteen to twenty minutes if you arrive on time.

Dr. Santos is a very good doctor who listens to his patients about any concerns they might have. Also very fast and to the point. We where in and out.

My daughter is four has seen him for a bit now and absolutely loves him. She calls him the friendly doctor for kids. His amazing and staff is also great. Highly would recommend

Went here for the first time after being referred by my child’s pediatrician. The staff was great and got things done in a timely manner. The wait wasn’t too long and the Dr. Was awesome with my child, and was right on it to having lab work done to find the root of the problem. I was told exactly what was to be done during those test and a follow up appointment was made right away. overall nothing but positivity here. After trouble even getting an appointment at any other GI in El Paso, my son was sent here. Santos spent less than 5 minutes with my infant son for each appointment, he ran 0 tests & prescribed a higher daily laxative for my BABY. Then, even though I had follow ups scheduled, his office was RELENTLESS in calls and texts to schedule an appointment. Doctor is ok but stuff is horrible they seem to have an attitude And they don’t even smile at your kids and when they talk to them they have this horrible tone of voice that doesn’t sound like they are happy at their job. The only ones that are nice are the front desk.

Love that Dr.Santos sees patients on the far east now. We had a appointment in the afternoon, lobby was full but we only had a 5 minute wait and got called in. My daughter has been seeing him since she was 7 and is now 13. Always a pleasant experience with him.

Dr. Santos had treated my son before no issues with his staff or setting up appointments, but now that he's older he's been having issues where he needs to go back with him well we went to our first appointment everything was great the issue is now he was set up to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy the Dr. called me to cancel the appointment the day before due to inclement weather which ok I totally understand but they could've called me earlier to reschedule. My poor child had been fasting and doing the cleanse, then he mentioned his staff would be in touch with me well weeks went by and no call I had to literally call them myself to reschedule they give me day to take him to get the Covid test done we show up and NO ONE was at the office we show up again the following day and the same thing so the day before the new scheduled procedure I call FINALLY get to speak to someone only to be told that the day my son is scheduled for his appointment the Dr. Doesn't do procedures but yet he had been scheduled for that day and according to them someone in the office would be calling me back. Dr. Santos is really good Dr. He is very friendly and was able to get my daughter back to normal. My daughter was not eating losing weight because her stomach was always hurting. Dr. Santos found she had h pylori and cured her right away she is now eating normal again. She even gained 7 lbs the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because it is really hard for me to get through over the phone to a MA but besides that every thing is great Dr. Santos is really good Dr. He is very friendly and was able to get my daughter back to normal. We love Dr Santos he is the only one who has actually helped us trying to figure out what's going on with our 14 yr olds gallbladder/pancreas. He has an amazing bedside manner, the nurses are all sweet and front desk girls nice and helpful. I can't recommend Dr Santos enough!!!

He and his MA have very poor communication skills they both were ignorant to both my sons issues and his care. Some of these issues included sending us to the wrong places for x rays and other appointments. My sons pediatrician took control of my sons GI issues while Santos fought her decision by making us jump through additional hoops before reluctantly deciding to get my son the proper treatment.

We had a great experience with our visit. My daughter gets nervous at doctor's visits but Dr. Santos was very friendly and took the time to build rapport with her. Dr. Santos also took the time to answer all our questions.
