Dr. Luis A Ghiglino

Dr.G delivered my son 14 yrs ago & I absolutely LOVE him & his entire staff. The girls are so down to earth & always talk to my son & I as if we were family. I have been able to be seen everytime I've needed to and Dr.G has always taken alittle extra time to talk to my son which is AWSOME. The office is very clean and I would recommend this practice to anyone in need a great doctor :-)

My kids and I love Dr. G. He's so friendly and personable and goes above and beyond to make the kids feel comfortable and at ease. The staff and nurses are amazing as well!

I've been going to Dr.G since my sons birth. He is a awesome doctor, he's friendly and caring. He is always very sweet and kind to my son. I can call about anything and they're always willing to see me. I know they see tons of kids with their parents, yet it always seems like they actually know it's me calling. The staff there are so friendly and make you feel good about being there, even when you have a sick crying baby. I love that they have separate waiting areas and entrances for sick children and healthy. They always get you right back to a room. You might have to wait a little while on some visits once you get to the back. Yet when that happens, it's a full house every room is filled with other kids for their appointments too. Don't go to this office unless you want to be treated like you don't matter !! The receptionist Vicki is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED ANYONE THAT CAN BE SO UGLY TO A PERSON IN NEED DOESN'T NEED TO BE WORKING IN THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSION!!!!!!!!!!

Great man with compassion .takes care of our grandchildren. For 12 years he never said he can not see the children the same day you call in an emergency.!!!!!!!love the halfacre family.

We started seeing him when my son was roughly 2 months old. We were with Dr. Z but could not get her office to answer the phone or return a call for almostb2 weeks to do a follow up after an ER visit. Vicky was able to get us in same day even as new patients to see Dr. G. From day one I saw how gentle he is with babies and how thorough. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel like my questions were wasting his time or tried to rush me out the door. Yes his accent can be hard to understand. But he knows that and he will try to explain things different ways if you tell him you can't understand him. Last year, during the lockdown, my son, 3yrs at the time, woke up with a mass. We went to the er because it was the weekend and they prescribed antibiotics without even looking at him or doing blood work. At our followup Dr. G knew instantly it wasn't an infection. Long story short Dr. G spent his personal time searching for the right doctor to treat my son.

I’ve called to set up an appointment for my 2 month old several times and every time they find a reason not to see her. If you’re special enough to see this doctor he might help you, but if a 2 month old can’t get shots or seen during a pandemic who can?

He misdiagnosed a simple yeast rash with staph and gave us the wrong cream. We clearly needed nystatin, not mupirocin. Also after receiving vaccines my child had a reaction and he said it was nothing. The staff are ok but not great. They don’t seem to be very knowledgeable of simple health questions. I don’t recommend them. Also they were very rude and told me I wasn’t allowed back at their office because my other child was seeing a different pediatrician than dr. My daughter has been going here for the past 3 years and she is 3! I love how clean this doctor's office is, GREAT nurses and I am more than happy with the fact Dr.Ghiglino is very thorough, listens to all my questions and concerns and takes the time to answer everything as well as explains in depth the information I am asking! We love Doctor G and his staff! They have always treated us with kindness and understanding. We love that Dr. G uses common sense, doesn’t fall for medical trends or push any type of agenda. He meets the parents wherever they are, on their terms.

Doctor Ghiglino always listens to even the silliest of my concerns and is really personable with my daughter! I can always get through to him even on weekends and he is quick to make my little one feel better. My whole family uses him and we all love him! The staff is so friendly and my daughter is always excited to see everyone!

We have been with Dr. G for over 6 years and been very thankful to have him as our pediatrician. He is wonderful with my two children and is very knowledgeable with every illness we bring his way. We would recommend him to anyone in the area that is looking for a doctor for their children!

Saw this doctor 2/3/2020, as a new patient. My 7 year old daughter has an ear infection that was found 1/8/2020. She was given oral antibiotics in January and apparently they didn't do the job. First, the receptionist has no clue what she is doing. Had to spell out insurance and name several times. Had an appointment at 2:45, they called us back within minutes. I thought it was awesome, quick in and put...WRONG. the doctor finally walked through the door at 3:45, an hour after our time! He did not introduce himself to me or my daughter. He is also very hard to understand. He then proceeded to prescribe her the exact same antibiotics she got last month after I told him I didn't want them because they didn't clear the infection up. Basically his answer was, too bad, this is what I prescribe and what I like to use. Meds were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy as soon as we left. Walmart tells me they have nothing for her so I call the office to be informed that he hasn't had time to deal with it and that it will be after 5pm before meds are sent over to the pharmacy. Has been great with my kids and always gives fun facts. He's interested in his patients and their education as well.

I can’t say enough about Dr G and his amazing staff. They really go above and beyond. I am thankful he was my doctor and is now my daughters doctor. I can’t say enough about him.

Brought my 3 year old in for a sore shoulder after falling at daycare. Dr. G saw him and convinced us everything was fine and x-rays would be a waste of money and time. Shoulder still hurt him for about a week so I bought a sling for him thinking it may be a mind thing to get extra desert after supper. 3 months later we are in the emergency room for nomonia. I’ve taken my daughter to him for years. She’s never had more than a common cold to treat and this was very seldom. Then my daughter started have a lot of symptoms and feeling sick a lot. When I brought up all the symptoms to him, he didn’t even want to listen. I felt rushed. He almost seemed annoyed that I was concerned about my daughter. A doctor should take pride that a mother or father would trust him/her with their child. Dr. Guiglino apparently doesn’t. I’ll be finding my daughter another pediatrician. Dr. G is absolutely AMAZING and all the staff is just as great! My daughter has been going to him since she was born in 2015. Couldn't recommend a better dr for your kids! ????

Absolutely awful. I didn’t even get out all the symptoms my child was having before he cut me off. He was in such a hurry to get me out. I paid a large co-pay for what...to walk in a sit down! My child’s care is my top priority and apparently he could care less. I’ll be finding another pediatrician, one who will listen and one who wants to be completely thorough before making decisions based on what time he gets off work.

I've know Dr. Ghiglino since his first day at this office and he has always been A+ with my children as well as myself. His staff is great.

Doctor G does amazing with all 4 of my children. His staff are amazing individuals and they are always friendly and caring to my children and myself!

Dr G is so sweet and kind, and makes my family feel so welcome. He is incredibly caring. He also gives me the facts I need to make an educated decision, and I never feel pushed to change my opinions.

Dr.G and his staff are amazing! Always courteous and professional. And Dr.G is wonderful with my child. She even asks to go to see him even when she's not sick :)
