Dr. Destarac is smart, good doctor. He did good exam and informed me of findings by explaining in clear, concise terms. Dr. Destarac, and his staff, got me a much needed CPAP machine to replace my very old, deteriorated recalled machine. Good, pleasant, helpful doctor and staff. They work to keep me healthy. Jerry M. Had a referral sent over. For weeks, office people ask what fax was it sent to. Yasmine, ugh! Can't even find the office manager. We called multiple times. Same response every time. Our doc's office said they faxed it. They called to confirm it. We call and they don't have it. Unorganized mess at this office. Never ever use this place.

My experience with the doctor was pleasant. After the appointment, he ordered a new CPAP machine for me. The machine arrived at Lincare, and I took it home. The pressure on my old machine was "6". For some reason which was not explained to me, the new machine was ordered to be set at "10-20". When I tried to use it, the pressure was too great. I then attempted to contact Pulmonary Specialists to obtain a new order or script which provided for a lower pressure. After numerous calls and the leaving of several messages, I eventually spoke with actual people. They assured me that a new order was being faxed to Lincare. Lincare then advised me that they had received a "new" script, but the pressure was the same as the earlier script! I had explained the pressure problem so many times, and they STILL got it wrong! I really like Dr. Destarac. He listens and seems to truly care about you.

Visit was appropriate but followup terrible. Took more than 3 weeks to receive referral to begin pulmonary rehab as had been prescribed. Don't know if Dr at fault or his office followup

This Dr. Is a ripoff.

Doctor seemed caring but my medical problems were never resolved after spending many $$$ and time at this clinic. Also it was impossible to call and speak to a person. Return calls took 2 days. I was informed that I was being referred to another physician but never got a call back from this office or the physician they were referring me to. Would not recommend them to a friend.
