Don’t come here, find your own specialist. I was attorney referred, due to a MVA, and did not understand the very flawed system that works in favor of the providers and attorneys if you do not manage your self and your care. Their treatment plan did not help me, it actually made me worse. Once this was obvious as I could barely walk with agonizing pain, they offered no other service or true help with my situation. As a patient new to pain I was not listened to, or get proper MRI’s to identify a dislocated coccyx bone. I finally found a physical therapist to relocate it, then I could walk again and started swimming regularly. I found a trusted chiropractor to assist with other injuries. All I got from this place was frustrated, and a big bill when money could’ve gone to me and to support my two kids as a single mom.

I'm so disappointed in Dr. Crespo's office and staff for ripping people off in such a difficult time of need. At the initial consultation with Dr Crespo's office. They issued me a non-returnable very cheap $50 Tens unit and then charged my insurance over $1100 for it. They issued me an anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxer and charged my insurance another $1000 for those, which with a prescription I could of filled at any pharmacy for less than half that price. Extremely overpriced treatments.

RIPOFF. They don't care about you as a patient or about your injuries. They just want your insurance. This business should be shut down.

They seemed understanding and welcoming initially, but its all just an act to get you to waste any PIP coverage you have on unnecessary and EXTREMELY OVERPRICED treatments. Office claims they have no control over pricing which is a lie. My knees were bruised and swollen and hurt the most from the accident and not once did this office ask or give any medical help with my legs. When asked for a referral, they said they would treat eventually, which never happened.

He is the biggest liar..I went to him 1 year and he ran up a medical bill. Out of this World to tell me my injuries where not caused my my accident! DO NOT GO HERE!

Fee schedule and statements are astronomical. TENS 3000 unit when purchased DIRECT from manufacturer is only MSRP $79.95, and typically on sale for $40 to $50. Charge on my statement is $1,233.90. Unbelievable. Customer service and billing support is not helpful or responsive, works short hours, no on Fridays, etc. I never saw Dr. Crespo, only the nurse and a medical student, and there was very little 'treatment plan' discussed whatsoever.
