Dr. Casanova and I have been acquainted since I worked at Eckerd Drugs back in the 1980's. He took over my care when my doctor retired and is helping me get my health back after I neglected myself for years. His kindness is exemplary. I am happy he's there for me. Thank you, Dr. Luis!!!

Very rude receptionist, did not feel comfortable- extremely long wait time, even after you have scheduled an appointment months in advance-The doctor writes on the paper you are sitting on in the office instead of actually writing on a notepad of his thoughts and concerns

I have been a patient of Dr. Casanova's for about a year now. Dr. Casanova always takes plenty of time to visit with each patient and I have never felt like he was rushing to get to the next patient. He remembers me every time and has been very thorough in monitoring my health. Office staff is very friendly, albeit a little hard to get ahold of sometime. I did have one billing issue that took quite a few weeks to resolve, between Shorepoint and my insurance company. Thankfully it has been taken care of! Moved from TX to SW FL in 2021 and had to change docs. Dr. C came highly rated by my insurance company, so I became one of his patients. Previous physicians back in TX were skittish about increasing my thyroid med dose. Within 6 months of moving here, Dr. Casanova has managed to do what the previous physicians were unwilling to do for me - get my hypothyroid condition under control. I chose Dr Casanova as my primary physician based on some of these reviews. Today I walked out of the office after waiting in the exam room for over 1 hour past my appointment. Not to mention the errors that the office staff made in providing the codes for my blood work. Will be looking for a new primary physician
