Dr. Allegra is very professional and I felt safe with him on my surgery day. He exudes confidence, and you can tell he has years of practice under his belt. I always felt comfortable in my appointments with him - he was very respectful and always had another female nurse in the room. I developed a throat infection from the antibiotics after surgery and he was quick to prescribe me antibiotics that healed it. He was also available the days after my surgery, even after hours. I had almost no bruising and have had no complications at all. My results are lovely and I get compliments all the time. Would definitely recommend. Dr. Allegra performed a face lift, brow lift, and a lower eye lift. The results are amazing, I feel younger and relaxed! People could even not tell a week after surgery that I had the procedure done. Dr. Allegra made me feel at ease and procedure went smoothly and easily.

I'd thought about having work done for many years but never trusted any of the previous surgeons I'd meet with. From the first consultation with Dr Allegra I knew he was professional and extremely talented. He was confident in what I wanted to do and answered all my questions, he took the fear of surgery away completely. I have to let everyone know whether you want a small implant done or multiple areas done, Dr Allegras wide breath of experience and longevity in his industry makes him the perfect plastic surgeon for you too. I have seen Dr. Allegra sever times over the years starting when I was 40 to take out my tonsils and have been so much healthier over the years. A couple years ago I realized I did not smell food properly. A friend recommended I see Dr. Ludwig Allegra for sinus problems. He did a CT Scan and found I had a lot of blocked sinus passages. While under sedation for sinus surgery I added a face-lift. Both went well. Recovery was easy – one week, no pain. I look younger and can smell again. Wonderful staff before, during and after surgery – top drawer. I highly recommend Dr. Allegra for both of these procedures at NW Face.

In 2000, I was working for a young company and was looking tired and old. I realized a little cosmetic surgery may help with a fresh new look. I went to NW Face and met with Dr Allegra. We discussed several options. I first went with a brow lift to open up my eyes. The tired look was gone. My friends thought that because I changed my hairstyle I looked younger. I found Dr Allegra to be an extremely good listener. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. We came up with a plan that best suited my needs. The results are amazing. As an anesthesia provider for almost 15 years, I have seen it all, and I did my homework before deciding to approach Dr Allegra to perform a breast lift with implants (augmentation mastopexy). I absolutely have no words to express just how happy I am with the results, worth every penny spent. Dr Allegra is, in my opinion, extremely talented and did one of the best breast lifts on me that I’ve ever seen (and I’ve seen hundreds of them. Dr. Allergra is an awesome ENT and his office, and staff are all great too! I highly recommend him! I'm a very complicated pain patient. Had seen 2 ENT'S before him who just shrugged off my yr long sinus infection. I was referred to him and he wasn't judgemental at all, even though the others thought I was crazy, and quickly found the problem which required surgery and solved the problem. I've had to go back for other issues and he's always had an answer. His bedside manner is very calm, and may seem to not be paying much attention to what you're saying, but he definitely is, so don't be afraid he's missing something, cause he's not. I had a sinus infection for 4 mos until Dr. Allegra performed sinus surgery to open up my very clogged sinuses. I have energy again as a I am infection free and getting the oxygen I need. Job well done!

Amazing Person and Professional!! I feel lucky that I had the opportunity to meet Dr Allegra and have procedures done with the most talented and passionate Professional. Dr Allegra is very knowledgeable and very particular with his procedures keeping the incisions very small. The incisions blend perfectly to the skin tone that you CAN’T see it. 100% Satisfied.

Never in my life have I met a person who can talk so incessantly and continuously that there was NEVER a pause during the entire visit. I waited and waited to ask a question without interrupting and finally had to interrupt. He acted annoyed and haughty (Dr. God complex). Also, check out his before and after photos when deciding if you like his work. I was not impressed.
