Extremely poor experience with Dr Song for a NET patient. Has no empathy. Has no knowledge of modern and new solutions like immunotherapy and will not do any research if needed. Is slow to move and hesitates in taking any decision without putting it up in the weekly oncology meetings. Wasted time and also made the patient feel terrible aboutt an already bad situation by offering no help at all. Please stay. This Doctor should just retire now and not play with people’s lives.
Excellent oncologist. Thorough and listens well. She developed an excellent treatment plan for my loved one.
Very thorough in her care and supportive throughout chemotherapy. Doesn't have as much time to spend with patients as academic centers but that is more of a systems issue. Still answers all your questions with empathy and compassion. Will do the legwork and research you request. Willing to speak/consult with colleagues if needed.
