Dr. Lucy is very kind and patient and takes the time to really listen.

I had my first visit and am very impressed: Dr. Ibrahim spent 1 hr and 45 minutes with me, LISTENED very carefully, asked the right questions. At the end, she gave me her understanding of what my problems are and she was spot on! She did not change my medication - as it is working for me - and we both agreed on the treatment. I am a very demanding patient and had not expected much, but she exceeded my expectations and was exactly the kind of doctor I wanted.

I was referred to her by another psychiatrist. I trusted her, as I trusted the prior psychiatrist who moved away, but Dr. Ibrahim broke the trust I deposited in her.

Scheduled a new patient appointment for first availability more than a month out, week of appointment office called to inform me they had to reschedule due to Dr. Ibrahim taking vacation. Next available appoint wasn't for an additional 3 weeks.

Dr. Ibrahim is just fine. Her office staff is the worst I've ever experienced. Two straight times, they gave the wrong appointment day/time causing my meds to run out. They claim to have called with a reminder, but when they pull the patient file for the number they called, it's not even me...
