He kept asking who (pcp name) referred me to him. Why did my PCP refer me to him. Who is my insurance provider. Weird, eh? I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out the paper work that has all this info. He said my dark spots on my back are eczema are normal. I told him to freeze them off (they are really itchy and it's hard to reach these itchy spots) He then said you will get more of these as you get older. Oh! Really? rude. AND He asked WHY do you have this particular insurance provider........Weird, eh? GO LOOK AT THE PAPERWORK! I told him Seizure issues.. thank you for asking.. even though this has nothing to do with eczema. He immediately left the room. He needs to retire.

I went in for a full body checkup, but he refused to look at my back or anywhere else but my face. He never used my name. Did not ask whether I had any questions, and unceremoniously left the room after about 2 minutes.
Was sent to him because as a female, didnât know why was causing my thinning hair. he told me I have a female pattern baldness, nothing I can do about it and said that ( itâs just hair) Gave the nurse some instructions and left the room without saying anymore to me⦠very cold and unfeeling person/doctor. Paid absolutely no attention to me me talked with the nurses more than me. I was embarrassed about my condition and his bed side manner was awful. This man needs to retire.
I went to see Dr. Blanchard, because I have eczema. He did not pay attention to anything I was saying, and he told me to stop using soap or shampoo to wash myself. He needs to retired. Don’t go see this nutcase.

considering a malpractice suit I was treated for eczema of the face for around 2 yrs. which turned out to be cancer it is the type of cancer that spreads. Squamous cell carcinoma. Cancer still active 4 months after surgery.
This is the doctor to go see. I am beyond happy!! My first experience with skin cancer was with another well known doctor in Las Vegas, so much drama and costly. Not with Dr Blanchard, quick to the point. the procedure went so fast and efficient. He is a man of few words, if you have questions just ask. You will get the answers. His staff is amazing. He deserves 5 stars all day long!!
Doctor is okay but didn't use a dermatoscope or head light for skin cancer screening. Billing is mess, sent us a wrong diagnosis code and refused to correct that so we have a higher bill. Wait time is horrible - almost two hours.

The Dr. Seems to be in a hurry...only less than 5 minutes
Worst doctor I've ever seen. A dermatologist telling you too pull your pants down when you go in to have your skin examine, and just looks at it. He's a joke.
Saw Dr Lucius Blanchard. He was condescending and rude. He never once looked into my eyes to talk to me. He would not listen to me. He did not bother to read the notes the medical assistant had made for him. He is old and impatient - ask for a different practitioner.
I waited over an hour to see the doctor and when I finally got into the exam room he barely even looked at me, muttered some things to his assistant and then left. I don't think he even spent 30 seconds in the room with me, I wasn't told what my diagnosis was or how to treat it. I had to ask the check out staff to write down my diagnosis so I could google it later. The doctors assistant then left me at a counter for check out that was unstaffed and I waited there for about 10 minutes until a staff member walking by brought me to a different counter for check out. It's a carwash clinic, you're in and out in less than a minute with nothing to show for it. I waited at least 30-45 mintiest past my scheduled appt. it took me longer to remove my clothes and wait for him to pop in. He never reviewed the information provided, took 2-3 minutes to glance over my skin n and said see you in a year. I was floor at how little time and how little he cared. I won’t be back

The Doctor and staff were Great. the company or Group books so many people that you have to wait for an hour.
Front desk folks are fine. Dr. Blanchard is very cold and impersonal. I felt like a cow run through a chute.

In general I thought the whole experience was a positive. I have one comment. I see that you use some sort of tablet device for check in and that is fine. However, I noticed that when I was finished and handed my tablet back it was put in a rack near at hand presumably to be handed out to the next check in. I did not see that it was cleaned between patients. I asked and was told that they were cleaned morning and night. To state in bluntly there are a lot of nose pickers and ball scratchers and who knows what else that come through the doors. You serve what appeared to me to be an older population that might possibly be vulnerable to infections/viruses contained in someone's greasy fingerprints. Clean the tablets after each use before they are handed out again. I'm 70 years old. I can achieve exposure to enough bad stuff on my own without the help. That's all. Overall it was a good experience. A couple of issues. First not knowing the process. ie: you needed to check in and sign in. There were 3 people helping but if your in the incorrect line it's frustrating. Check out process as well. The filling out patient information was excellent! Loved the iPad type system. The main issue was the wait. My appointment was at 10 am and was finally seen at 11:20. The physician was competent just you could tell he was very busy. I was grateful for his help. Thnk you all! My appt with Dr. Blanchard was at 9:05 am on 12/9/2019. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes I went to the desk and asked if there was a problem. The clerk checked the paperwork and it was clear from the look on her face that I was not on the schedule. She said, Oh, you are next." I saw Dr. Blanchard 5 minutes later.
