Started going to mountain state wellness for a few months now the environment and the staff has been welcoming and friendly. Since my first appointment I've definitely noticed alot of progress. They've provided me with more information and answers than previous places ive tried.

I had extreme mid thoracic back pain. That pain has been eliminated and I have found that my ability to walk up and down the hills of my farm is so much easier. The staff is incredibly friendly and takes time to help with any question you may have. I recommend Mountain State Wellness to anyone who has any pain due to skeletal misalignment. These people are the real deal. Thank you Dr. Watterson and staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Lucas for approximately a year now. Before seeing him, I went to a traditional chiropractor for years and I was to the point of needing weekly treatments and constantly used a heat pack on my neck at home. I now see Dr. Lucas once a month and do not have the pain I did before. My neck isn't perfect, and I don't know if it ever will be, but the difference is tremendous and I am forever grateful.

Wonderful staff and very fast, effective treatment from Dr Lucas. My neck pain, stiffness and headaches have subsided. Highly recommend!!

My daughter Mila is 3 years old and she has struggled with severe Torticolis since birth. She started with aggressive physical therapy , techniques such as TMR and increased frequencies. This showed some improvement but she was still struggling to maintain midline at 2.5 years of age. We were sent to Dr Lucas at mountain state wellness and with 12 weeks of therapy, Mila has been midline and we have never seen her this straight before. Family members forget that her head tilt was even an issue because she has looked so well. It is not the scary “manipulation” that you may think of when talking about a chiropractor. Mila is actually excited to go to “get her neck fixed and to see “Dr Moose”. We are so thankful for Dr Lucas (aka Dr. Moose according to Mila) and his team for all of their care. I started seeing Dr. Lucas in Nov of 2022. As in the past, my low back was a mess and my right hip was higher than my left. I have seen other chiropractors for this condition as well as receiving steroid shots from urgent care facilities which only worked temporarily. My initial adjustment provided me with immediate relief and each adjustment after that has helped tremendously. I can’t say enough about my experience at Mountain State Wellness! From the initial phone call, the friendly office staff and the level of personal care, my experience and results have been great!

I have a chronic neck issue that I was treating with a local chiropractor in Oregon before I had to move. I was making decent progress but then the move across country messed my neck up pretty bad. I got into see Dr. Lucas and he did a thorough assessment with X-rays and other tools and tests to assess my overall condition. After that, he used specific info from those tests to gently adjust me during each visit. After a few visits I started feeling like myself again, and after a few months, I started feeling better than I had with my previous chiropractor. He and his wife have an efficient clinic with a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and an area to rest and recover after each adjustment. You can tell that they genuinely care about their patients and have made an impact on many people’s lives!
