Dr. Lowell Davis gave me back my quality of life! Experienced. Professional. Compassionate. Gentle and Painless. He combines expertise and a willingness to listen. He truly cares for his patients. I can’t recommend him enough! Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Davis is an excellent doctor and my favorite doctor. I have been going to him for many years and I totally trust him. He has a calmness demeanor that instantly calms me down and makes me relax . I am generally nervous when I go to any doctor. I trust Dr. Davis because he explains the process and explains each step, including anything that may hurt a little, which prepares me to stay relaxed.

Dr. Davis explains your condition clearly and allows you to ask questions about your condition. He believes no question is a stupid one. When I had my procedure in his office his technician (can't remember their exact title) could see that I was nervous and scared. They reassure me that everything would alright and they will be in there with me. The front desk is alo very professional and treat you with respect.

I have gone to Dr Lowell's office 4 times now and each time I come out feeling like I am a druggie. Today I waited 1 hour in the waiting room while they took people who had appointments behind mine. They treat me poorly I am 76 years old with pain and all I get from them is I am so concerned about you. They haven't done a thing to help. We asked to change Doctor's today to my wife's doctor because she is the one who drives and the office is 1 mile from the house same practice different doctor. They call my wife and tell her that if. He is changing Doctor's because of his medication we won't allow it. She said to them he is not its because she hates the freeway. I only met Dr Lowell once I have been seeing a pain specialist for over 10 years in another state. He know nothing about me to judge me

After an accident I had nerve damaged and I couldn’t drive. Thanks to his knowledge, skills and dedication I’m back to my old life. The plus is I get to wear my beautiful high heels shoes again.

Dr Davis and Michelle always listen to my concerns, and are understanding and compassionate. I know I can sometimes be emotional, but when you have chronic pain, everything is emotional, and they know how to give you focus and a plan that takes that emotion and turns it on to action. I am forever grateful I have found them.

Assembly Line Pain Management- The only reason I gave 2 stars was because they were able to get me in very quickly with a phone call from my doctor. I was in immense pain. The young woman at the sign in counter was very pleasant but the rest of the staff showed absolutely no compassion whatsoever. I was crying, in pain and not one person, not even his assistant, thought to offer even a tissue for my nose/eyes. (PS: pain clinic and no tissues available?!) Dr. Davis essentially flew into the room, did not give me 5 minutes to explain my symptoms/pain locations, etc. It was like he had already made up his mind what was needed. He left before signing the prescriptions and I was told by the staff that he could not call in the scripts and that I would have to wait there, in pain, until he returned from lunch. It took a call to my main Dr to reach him directly and of course, yes he could call in the script. I left the office feeling extremely angry and in pain. Wasted time waiting that I could have been home resting. I decided to try to give the office another chance as we know that everyone has bad days. I called to make an appt, left a message and did not get a return call for appt for 2 days! In the meantime I had called back and they told me there were no openings for almost a month. How can a pain office operate with no openings for acute break throughs. I will not be returning. 4/14 update. Dr. Davis called personally. We had a very nice conversation and as I am in the Healthcare business too, I am hoping this really was a case of the front end not being in sync with the back end. He really is a nice, compassionate doctor. I have increased this to a 3- star and will give them another chance after our conversation. Maybe a third time is the charm. 6/1 update. Called at 3pm 5/31 to schedule an appointment. On hold for 5 minutes upon which I was automatically transferred to voicemail. Left a voicemail, also filled out the online request. It's now 4pm the following day. Still no return call. So much for the second chance. Experienced, pleasant and professional.

Dr Davis is definitely knowledgeable in his field. He has a very caring and gentle manner. I am a repeat patient at his office. Although I don’t enjoy receiving cortisone shots, Dr. Davis administers them as painless as can be.

Michelle Cotayo, ARNP is an amazing & professional medical practitioner. I live in Port Saint Lucie and it takes me at least an hour to drive to her office. To me, that speaks volumes as to her level of care. She takes time to answer any questions I have and explains everything that relates to my revision anterior approach spine surgery I underwent and the reasons for my mobility and pain issues. She not only listens, but also outlines solutions. I have recommended her and doctor Davis to friends and family. My son is a rather new ( finished residency) Emergency Department Doctor; and my personal thoughts is that I hope he will be half as effective as Doctor Davis and fortunate to work with nurses and other medical professionals that are of the caliber of Mrs. Cotayo. Dr Davis is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He is my pain management doctor and is so incredibly warm and personable. Immediately when he enters the room, he takes time to get to know you and is so patient and such a good listener. Thanks Dr Davis!!

Dr Davis diagnosed my pain issue correctly and placed the medication(s) in exactly the right spots during my procedure. I should have gone to see him months earlier but I kept thinking it was a muscular issue and that it would go away. Instead it got worse. I highly recommend Dr Lowell Davis.

After a visit to the ER and being misdiagnosed with a migraine. Turns out it was a CSF Leak. I called his office and they were able to get me in the next day! He performed a Blood Patch procedure and it was a life saver after being in pain for almost 2 weeks. He was very professional and caring. He saw how much pain I was in and made room for me in his busy schedule. Eternally grateful to him and his staff.

Had a stiff neck from sleeping on it the wrong way that lasted for about 5 days - he treated me and it was gone the next day and now I am able to enjoy my travel vacation. A+++++

Dr Davis was exactly the type of doctor I was praying for after having a poor experience with another doctor. He took his time to explain EVERYTHING to me, was very attentive to my concerns and fears. I feel very comfortable with Dr Davis and his office staff. I left my appointment feeling mentally relieved that I had found a caring doctor.

Dr Davis is wonderful. A few years ago I had bulging disks. I received an injection & my back is great. He explains everything. There was no pain at all. No medication needed.

I was referred by my husband, he was suffering from acute pains. Dr. Davis was able to do what no other doctor could. Dr. Davis listens and genuinely cares about his patients. He is very thorough. I felt safe and confident in the diagnosis I was given. I’m so glad I choose to visit the doctor. Highly recommend!!!! PS receptionist and nurses were very pleasant, that’s an added plus.

Been his pt for 5-6 months. Epidural and radiosectomy did not wk. He let me go. Told me he couldn’t help anymore. Sent an asst to tell me. Not even face to face.

I live over an hour away. I am a high risk patient. He did an cervical epidural on me in the OP center. It didn't help at all. They wanted to see me back for a follow-up in 2 weeks. I kept emailing them and calling as I wanted to over the phone/telemed because I had a feeling it was going to be a waste of time. I kept emailing and calling with no reply until the day before .I told them I would pay and do a telemed/phone call. They said no, you must come in. I got there, and after waiting for 30 minutes he came in, and all he said is "where done here", nothing more I can offer you". I asked why he made me drive all this way, you could have told me over the phone. Asked for a referral to a Physiatrist, he had none to offer. He should be ashamed of himself. He has a big and profitable injection factory there , and has little morals, especially with people who are high risk and suffering.

This is very relaxing and very pleasant and the staff is cool in my book.

Dr. Davis performed epidurals on me in 2012 and when I needed another one this past week 2021, I immediately reached out to his office, Because I had a great experience the last time, And this one wasn’t any different. He performed the epidural and you feel no pain Plus it’s an exceptional and well maintained office. I would highly recommend Dr Davis.

Everyone was nice showing concern for my pain. The wait time was minimal. Dr Davis explained the findings from my MRI's and took time to answer my questions and explain options for my treatment.

If I could give Dr Lowell more than 5 stars I would. I have been seeing him for quiet a while now. He goes out of his way to make sure all my questions are answered and works with me to address all my pain concerns. I never left the hospital before he is sure we are both comfortable.
