I took my newborn in for shots and brought my toddler with me. My toddler had just had an injury that wasn't taken seriously by prompt care. Dr Valdez took extra time to see him, made a homemade splint for his broken foot, contacted ortho and demanded they make a same day appointment and called multiple times to follow up and check on him. I immediately switched both of my children to her. She is amazing!
