Every visit has been wonderful. Thyroid scan, labs and quick review and appointment. I had biopsies by Dr. Concha and she gave me such peace while going through that procedure.

I went to dr. Concha some years ago, but I never went back because I felt that she was rude..not at all friendly; and in a hurry. Terrible bedside manners in my opinion. Hopefully she has mellowed out but I’m seeing a different endocrinologist now.

She is an excellent communicator, an excellent listener. At every visit she reviews in detail all lab reports as relates to your issues. I have never had to wait. She runs her office on schedule. As you can tell, I think, she’s great.

Bad service by staff and doctor. They do not have a lab so they send you to do lab work elsewhere, it's an inconvenience. Staff does not answer phone. Every time we go the phone is ringing and they just ignore it to be on their celphone. Seriously, lack of service. Prescriptions never get sent to pharmacy on time, have to be calling them (which they never answer) and then they get mad when I go personally to get them to send it. Original visit was fine, but they will not continue to see me without additional referrals. If you do not want me to continue to be a patient, then I will go somewhere else.

Dr. Concha and her staff are extremely helpful and compassionate. She goes above and beyond to provide great service. They never make me wait more than 20 minutes for my appointment. I completely trust Dr. Concha. Since my first appointment, she has had my condition under control. My labs look great, I feel great, and we have a plan for the future. She is completely professional and confident and up to date with her knowledge. Her office staff has always been on top of everything and courteous. If I need a referral, it is promptly sent. My wife knew something else was wrong. It is a well established fact,that Thyroid tests are not trustworthy, they come back with false results. My wife asked about a test,that is common and the dr laughed at her and called her and the test stupid. "You,and that test are stupid. I am not doing that ridiculous test." Staff unfriendly. Very rude. Sent me for labs and faxed the wrong order. Scheduled appointments with no confirmation calls. Called back to see when I can see the doctor and they say I missed my appointment? I do not and will not recommend this facility to anyone. Informing better business bureau.
