0 compassion. Dropped as a patient. Cool, thank you so much for providing a reason... you didn't. I requested a call back or an explanation, and nothing. You never send correspondence to the correct address. Reception, 90% of the time has an attitude about having to work. And of course now most pcp's are full and not accepting new patients. I have a broken back, and you left me out in the cold. I need a referral for treatment and now I can not get it. Thank you so much for caring about your patients

Dr. Silverstein and his staff are great. They provide quality care from all staff, will work to get you in when needed, and take the time needed to make sure you are well taken care of. 5 stars.

I have been with Dr. Silverstein since moving to Maryland over 20 years ago. I have never met a more competent, caring, and committed medical profession than Dr. Silverstein during the 56 years of my life. Good people surround themselves with good people and his staff is the best one will find anywhere and I have lived in numerous states and countries around the world.

This doctor has always provided my family and myself with excellent care. He engages and listens to our issues not treating his practice like his patients are a number of a bother. Unfortunately, physicians like him are far and few between.
