Doctor explains procedure in detail. Staff assistance are friendly and polite! Annette Mills was extremely pleasant and friendly!

Very clean waiting rooms and exam rooms. Checkout was fast. The staff was welcoming and professional.

Dr.Salas is a wonderful doctor. The problems is getting an appointment. Their web page says they are open to 5 Monday to Thursday and Friday until 4:30. When I tried to get a late appointment, I was told that they only schedule until 3:00. So if you want to get an appointment you have to take off work.

I generally dont write bad reviews but looking at one of the past reviews i see the office manager had apologized to this previous person but has not done anything to change their customer service. We have been seeing Dr.Salas for over fifteen years he is a wonderful dr. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I am in the medical field and would recommend him for any gi problems you may be having. The staff on the procedure side are professional and go out of there way to help you. Unfortunately the staff on the appointment side lack professionalism and show no respect. We had miss a call from the doctor with the results from biospsy which he needed to speak with us about. After several calls and reception stating someone would get back to you, we were put on the phone with the office manager who was very rude and stated you have to wait for the results to come back. We had explained multiple times the dr called us because he had found something on the biospsy . It took 2 days before we were able to talk to the doctor only because we called the procedure side and the staff on that side actually cared enough to get the results and have dr salas call us even though he was doing procedures that day. I had a blood test Monday. I had to wait an hour for the order to come to the lab. I called the office and was disrespected and talked down to by Ashley. I was supposed to get a cat scan on Monday but Advanced said it takes 2 days to get blood results. I had to change my catscan to Wed. When I got there again no order they had to call the office again. I was told by the tech doing the catscan that I would have results Thursday. No call so I called at 10am this morning Friday They took my message no return call. Now they are closed. So hard to get good medical care I had a blood test Monday. Dr. Salas has been my GI doctor for years. He takes the time to listen to you, and will do everything in his power to get to the root of your GI problems. I’ve recommended him to family members and friends, and they’ve said nothing but good things about the excellent care they received from Dr. Salas and staff.

I've been seeing Dr. Salas for over 18 years. He is an excellent physician who takes time to explain what's going on. He is very personable, understanding and genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. Salas is fully invested in the welfare of each patient--giving ample time to understand his diagnosis and to ask questions.
