I’ve seen the negative reviews and don’t agree. I believe he does listen but also that most people who present there have illnesses that I think he’s trained enough in to decipher what the patient is saying and what he is seeing which makes the visit faster.

Did not listen at all. Frontsman for hearing test I do not need! And PT that I had stated has not worked in six months. Saw at least seven patients in less than thirty minutes. Just sends you elsewhere. Waste of time. No one cleaned exam room between patients. Ignored clear report of sinus issues, swallowing issues. Totally disinterested but not rude. Waste of time and hurts ears with his one minute exam. Receptionists nice enough. Maybe he should have a hearing test as he is not listening or deaf.

Worse dr I ever seen I was in with him maybe three minutes I have been dealing with a ear issue for over 10 years couldn’t tell me what was wrong when answer any my questions just ignored me he suction to my ear I said what is that he said I’m pulling out debris I am so upset with this doctor his bedside manners are very poor

Poor - painful exam and doesn’t care. Doesn’t listen, explain or let one ask questions. Seems irritated and upset at all times. Prescribed medicine without asking medical history. Feel sorry for the office staff. Hey, but look on the bright side - you can get an appointment! Worse doctor ever!

Terrible experience. Not the least bit interested in listening to what I had to say about probable cause of my issue which could have given insight into what the issue might have been. Asked what could be underlying problem or cause but had nothing to say except to get a test which would provide some answers but again, no info on what could have been problem. Also asked what if test had good or bad results, what could then be the problem but had nothing to add.

I am highly disgusted with the treatment my mother had received with this dr. He was very abrupt and didn’t engage with the least amount of concern. My mother is a 76 year old woman (a very young 76) she experienced sudden accute Loss of hearing in one ear and was very concerned as we all are. He dismissed her very rudely and told her to go get a hearing test and come back in a month!!! Didn’t give here a recommendation for somewhere. Just basically wroteher Off! Rotten,uncaring,stay away!

I had seen this doctor for my vertigo, waiting at office for 30 minutes then going to the exam room for five minutes that's all he's spent time with me, I have it's call thyroid nodule but he didn't even exam my neck I had to piont it out for him then he give me a slip for ultrasound so after I had ultrasound came back to see him the he said nothing to worry, I didn't happy with the answer went to Philadelphia out there they found out I have to do surgery. he is a bad Doctor in town

Dr. Rondinella saw me without an appointment after I learned my long-time ENT had retired. I tried calling several physicians and the earliest anyone could see me was four days away. One couldn't schedule me for another month. This is unacceptable when a person is in pain. I know it was highly unusual, but I walked into the office and asked if I could be seen. Without hesitation, his office manager agreed, even though he had an office full of patients. This is how doctors used to be - caring.
