Sewanee Family Practice is generally incompetent and unfriendly. My husband was promised an appointment first thing to get blood drawn because he had to teach that morning. They let 2 others in ahead of him and he asked the receptionist when they would draw his blood. She said they only draw blood when they have time in between appointments. He said, "That's not what you told me yesterday." She got defensive and said they'd get to him when they have time. He told her he was told they'd see him first thing, he was there first and has been waiting a half hour. Then he sat down for a minute, got up and said he couldn't wait any longer. As he was driving to work Dr Koella called him and without listening to my husband's side, said he'd been rude to the receptionist and he's "fired" as a patient. My husband said he'd talk to his regular doctor and Koella said he couldn't. This is completely unprofessional behavior. We both left the incompetence and rudeness of Sewanee Family Practice!

I've been seeing Dr. K for about 13 years and he's the best around. He does not over-schedule at all. You sign in you sit down for a minute, then you are with him. My appointments are quick and to the point. There's not a bad thing I could say about him. He has helped me in every aspect of my overall health. He's even called me to check on me when I was sick. Great Dr and staff. Thay R all super, and know what they r doing. Dr Martin's nurse is a doll, everyone there really care.
