As a grandma, took twin 5 yr olds to their first dental apot because mom had to work. Mom gilled out all paperwork so I could take them; she even had it notarized and returned it in person! The office sent an email to confirm the apot. The children were do excited to go , they talked about it all week! As i pulled into parking lot, mom called and said they would not see the children for first time without yhe mom. They should have told . The office knew I was bringing them because mom told them and thats why she fillled out papers. When I told the children they both immediately started to cry.... they said"why, I want to go".I decided to take them into the office so they could meet the dentisyt and maybe they would feel better! They said she wouldnt be able to meet her.Who does that to little kids that are so upset especially when that is business that Dr Lewis is in!!!!! Do not take your children there chose a dentist that will have empathy for your children! I am heartbroken for them

Always friendly, on time, clean, easy to talk to, thorough, give recommendations on aftercare and long term. The office is spotless, the staff is always friendly and attentive. We Absolutely LOVE Kid’s Smiles. Dr. Lewis is the best pediatric dentist around. My three daughters have been patients there for many, many years and we’ve always had great experiences. The entire staff is wonderful!!!

We didn't actually see the doctor, but the hygienist, Courtney, was wonderful! She was so informative, had a gentle way about her and made my daughter and myself feel at ease. Best cleaning so far. We saw her wipe down surfaces and change gloves which was reassuring of the cleanliness, especially in these COVID times. I would recommend making an appointment with this office.

Dr Lewis immediately made room for an emergency appointment and was spot on with her diagnosis. She is professional and treats everyone with respect. She was able to be reached by phone after hours for consultation. We recommend her highly and have nothing but praise for her and her team.

Do not let her work on adult teeth. If your insurance will cover it she will do everything she can to have you let her do the work. RUN she has no business working on adult teeth. She left fillings 1/2 filled, holes in the side of a molar, and spaces between the filled teeth that catch food. 10 years later and my child needs all the fillings redone. She insisted my child had poor teeth. New dentist told she has great teeth, bad dental work. Spent 100’s on extra cleanings with Dr. Lewis. She ripped us off and she ripped off the insurance company.

The Dentist is not patient with my child. I felt rushed out of there. Treated me like I did not know anything and I was poor and had no options for my child. I would highly recommend you never to go there. My daughter is scared of the dentist now. Thanks to kids smile.

Professional, appointments always run on or near scheduled time, hygienists are amazing with the kids, the dentists are knowledgeable and direct. Our dental insurance, BCBS, always covers all of the cleaning, x-rays, and most of the treatments for a cavity. The girls in the office are very familiar with the dental insurance plans, and take it upon themselves to check with your provider to let you know what you’ll be covered for before special treatments. Some services, like fillings, must be done in the morning only (partial reason for loss of star). At times my young daughter was prescribed a premed, and given laughing gas (they call it a piggy nose) to complete fillings and tooth pulls smoothly. The waiting room has a tv with a children’s program playing, a train table, a toy kitchen, children’s table, and assorted books and toys. When my kids were smaller I had them each pick out a wooden train from home to bring with them to use in the waiting room....a small nicety that my children enjoyed. Another was tossing a penny and make a wish in the little brook that runs outside of the office. The dental rooms are open, lacking privacy (partial reason for losing a star). Each chair has a well-secured tv/computer above it. The kids get to watch a show or play a video game while their mouths are worked on. Cool sunglasses are provided to keep the light out of their eyes. After the child is set, he/she gets a coin to use in a gumball machine for a little prize and a sticker (only fun for real little kids). Although the policy is to keep parents in the waiting room, I seem to always get called into the dental room to get a report and schedule our next appointment while my children are still in the dental chairs. Dr Lewis provides direct and clear information about the growth and development of my children’s mouths, including potential orthodontics needs now that my kids are eight and ten. She breaks down the information into layman‘s terms as a way that helps me to understand the professional jargon. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and manages to schedule my two kiddos for cleanings at the same appointment time-very convenient. We have been clients for about seven years.

My three kids are now teenagers and have been seeing Dr Lewis and her team for many years. Initially we were referred because one of my kids had a very traumatic experience going through teeth extraction as a small child. Dr Lewis and her team were able to take that fear away over time. Short wait times, very friendly staff and professional expertise. And it helps to be able to play xbox !! Can only recommend Dr Lewis and her team.

We have been gong to Kid's Smiles for 15 years and have never received anything but kind, considerate and professional care. My kids will not go anywhere else so we travel from Bourne just to make sure we get to go to The Best! The receptionists, billing staff, hygienists, and Dentists are all extremely pleasant and make bringing a child to the Dentist a very pleasurable experience. I wish I could go there!!!

Made a last Minute appointment about some concerns. They got us in right away! My daughter is very anxious and was having a hard time letting anyone look in her mouth but her hygienist overheard the conversation came over and put her at ease in a matter of moments. Good dental health is necessary. Your adult teeth need to stay with you for about 70 years! Having children with disabilities and sensory issues, you want their dental experience to be pleasurable as possible. Kid’s Smiles does that with their knowledgeable staff, comfortable setting over head, outside the box thinking, constant communication during your visit, adjusting to the patient’s changing needs to continue their dental health into adulthood.

Receptionsist the last few phone calls were unacceptable and unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Every 6 months- 1year since 2016 I have had to bring in paperwork regarding having custody of my children and every time I make an appt they are saying there is NO paperwork on file. Lorraine Lewis is great as well as the dentist techs but I would not recommend kids smiles to any of my friends or family specially for the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the office staff and for that and making it more stressful for me in regards in losing paperwork or not in putting paperwork in properly it has made me leave and go elsewhere with my 3 children.

After 10 years of dental work at Kids Smikes we are now at a new dentist having a lot of rework. I found it odd that Dr Lewis couldn’t recommend a dentis for my daughter when she aged out of Kids smiles. My 14 year old daughter has been going to Kids Smiles since she was 2 years old. We live on the Vineyard so it is a day trip to the dentist and we would never change. Kids Smiles is amazing she is on the spectrum so she has sensory issues and they have worked through this with us and she loves going to tthe dentist always has. While I and my son had been going to another dentist for 9 years something was wrong with my sons tooth our dentist said it was nothing but my son still had pain. I decided to go to kids smokes and get there ipinion . My son had to be referred to a specialist 50 miles away to have a provision done. Now kids smiles is the only dentist my son goes to .
