This was the best experience I have ever had when going to a doctor. Dr. Gauthier was very professional and courteous. She took plenty of time explaining things and talking over my problems. She had test ready when I arrived. So glad she is my doctor. Her staff were very helpful and friendly. Great people. Thanks to Dr. Gauthier and her staff.

She made it very clear she does not believe in testing. Said she think this country is over tested. She made a bad call on my sodium results, and I had to see an endocrinologist to receive proper care. Her office is difficult ti get in touch with. There is only one nurse and it can take 2-3 days to get a call back.

I was told the day before that I had an 8:30 appt. the following day. I arrived at her office at 8:21 asked the desk for a face mask and she checked me in. They told me my appt was at 8:15 and I needed to reschedule for 6 minutes late. Prior to this I went in for a pap smear and they messed that up, charged me and said to retest next year. After a holiday weekend I tried to get through but the answering machine came on and stated the office was closed due to the holiday and no messages were accepted. I had to call the hospital and have them fax her office to correct this error. You're a Doctor get with the program

Excellent. Dr. Gauthier has always treated my elderly mother with compassion and patience. She has earned our trust and great appreciation for her care. We are very grateful for Dr. g and her caring staff.

When Dr. Gauthier was at Salisbury VA Medical Center; we LOVED her! She is caring and compassionate and tries very hard to get to the root of every issue that plagues you. I MISS HER VERY MUCH!!! She was the best doctor I ever had and if she were not so far away I would pay to see her outside of the VA. She Can Not be replaced.

I found Dr. Gauthier to be professional but friendly and caring. She was informative and I felt she listened to my concerns. Her staff is friendly, too.

Very unprofessional and uncaring. This doctor is not competent. She needs to retire. If you go to Dosher Medical - Oak Island request another physician.

Worst practitioner I have ever come in contact with. She is two faced. She's nice in person, until you send her a message and then she's mean as can be. I don't know which side I'm going to get. I'm nervous anytime I hear from her and her staff is just as inconsiderate as she is. I never want to see her again.
