Both my sons had their wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Pulver and everything went extremely well! I would highly recommend Dr. Pulver and plan to have him work on my third child in the future . Staff is wonderful and he is phenomenal!

There is a reason this business gets 5 stars. Too bad we can't go higher. The staff is exceptional, as is Dr. Pulver. All are personable. While they caution you that they can't 100% guarantee you will not contract Covid-19, they take all the precautions you could possible ask for. Air is completely replaced in the room every few minutes, and that's just a start of their very professional precautions. I am high risk for Covid-19, but I felt very comfortable being sedated for removal of a molar. Not only that, but when the procedure was over, there was VERY close to no pain whatsoever. The procedure was done yesterday, and there is still no pain. But I followed their directions, which is important.

Dr. Pulver and his staff are professional, friendly, efficient and effective in this business. I actually look forward to seeing them when I need their services. I have had numerous extractions and implants without pain, have been a patient for a few years and and am very happy to highly reccomend him and them.

I was here for a molar extraction and they made the whole experience a breeze! Most people dread the dentist, especially when it comes to surgery but they made everything very comfortable and easy. Dr. Pulver explains every step in great detail while his knowledgeable staff helps out the whole time. 5 stars! Recommend! #awesome glasses to wear as well!

I just got back home from all 4 of my wisdom teeth removal. I've never been put under so I was freaking out but they were talking to me and made me feel so comfortable! I didn't feel anything when they put in the IV, just a little cold like they put an ice cube on there. Next thing you know I said I felt funny then I was gone lol. I didn't feel any pain at all and woke up happy. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I definately recommend them!

Horrible billing experience. They do not work with you whatsoever. They charge you even more with no insurance. What your statements!! There are plenty of honest providers that will work with you since tooth extractions are expensive. This is definitely not one.

I am 19 weeks pregnant and just had a broken and infected molar removed. Dr.Pulver is in the right profession. He is in and out and makes it totally painless. Anne was phenomenal. She was an amazing support system the entire experience. She seriously made the whole situation so calm and tolerable. She made sure to explain everything in detail without any added stress or anxiety. I wish I could bring her to every dentist appointment. I would have zero dental fear. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had her there for this procedure.

I had a tooth pulled that was between two crowns and the root had a curve on it. I was concerned that the crowns might get broken or damaged during the extraction. Dr Pulver and his assistant, Ana, had that tooth out in no time with no problem or damage to the crowns. They are both very professional, kind, and friendly.

He was able to do my implants in a small space I had. Also, I had a bridge that had to taken out due to an infection. He was able to replace with implants. I had alot of work done and he was honest about he able to do to help. He did a wonderful job and he is always has a positive optimistic attitude.

Had my top two remaining wisdom teeth removed with local only (by choice) and have had fillings done that were harder/more painful to get through. Had them both out and sutured up in no time and recovery has been smooth so far. Great job Dr. P!

I highly recommend Pulver Oral Surgery. We felt very comfortable from the first phone call I made to the office to inquire about having my daughters wisdom teeth removed. Selena ( front office ) explained the process thoroughly and made everything very very convenient for us. Once we arrived the atmosphere was very professional and yet personable, we didn't feel like just another patient / number . Dr. Pulver and his staff were very calm and didn’t rush through explaining the pre and post- op procedures . They we very gentle with my daughter. No problem w/Dr. but terrible visit. Nearly 2 hours past appointment time w/ no explanation. Estimated out of pocket went from $200 to over $700 after I finally got in the chair. Appt. was in November. Did not get insurance filed and settled until April. My insurance always pays regular dentist promptly. I would never use this office under any circumstances.

I had tooth implants done for 3 missing teeth. The whole process took a year to be completed (including bone graft, healing, and waiting for the crowns to be made and finally mounted). The evening after my bone graft, Dr Pulver surprised me with a phone call: asking me how I was doing and how my pain was. It was around 9:00 pm. Who does that? Only one that truly cares for his patients, I’m sure. Dr Pulver is a true professional. His staff are awesome as well. Highly recommended!

Everything went smoothly with my wisdom teeth removal. They even gave me a free pint of ice cream afterwards. They answered any and all questions that could pop into my head to make me less nervous about my procedure. They even scheduled my extraction a week after the consolation so that got done quickly. They took care of everything when it came to my insurance as well and called them up to get the pricing so I didn’t have to do it! My only complaint was that my appointment was at 10:45 and they finally took me in 15+ minutes later.

They failed to give me the proper medication and left me after surgery with nothing more than Ibuprofen when I should have been on a Narcotic. Very unprofessional and the front desk staff is rude. Save yourself the pain (literally) and go somewhere else.

I had come from 2 previous specialists with opposite opinions and Dr Pulver clarified a specific prognosis. Dr Pulver presents in a clear fashion basing his conclusion on 360 scans that give the patient 100% confidence. We need more surgeons like Dr Pulver.

I would give you 7 stars if I could, per my daughter's request. They were finished before I could even Check-In on Facebook. It was just that fast. All 4 wisdom are gone super fast. This is my 4TH time having teeth extracted at Dr. Pulver's office since February 2007. I was sedated as usual because of my severe gag reflex. I had 2 back teeth extracted. The procedure took about an hour. After 2 day's it's starting to feel better. Dr. Pulver is among the absolute BEST oral surgeons in his field. I would not go any where else. I live in the Midway Airport area, where there are a lot of oral surgeons to choose from. I put my trust in Dr. Pulver because he among the best in the country - period.

My 19 y/o daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed during this summer, before college starts again in the fall. We were able to get an appointment within a week of calling the office. my daughter is VERY afraid of needled, to the point of hyperventilating at times, and I let the office staff know. When we went for our appointment, I reminded the staff of her being scared. When we got in the room, and they started talking about the procedure she started crying. Dr Pulver came in and talked to her, and explained everything to her, told her the X-ray looked good and he shouldn't have any problems. He asked her if she had any questions, and she did not. They gave her time to calm down, then came back into the room, asking her if she was ready. She said yes, still looking nervous about the whole thing. I left the room, and 25 minutes later she was done! They said she did fine, even with getting her IV inserted. THANK YOU to Dr Pulver and his great staff. I will continue to recommend Dr Pulver to family and friends.
