Dr. Lorie Ann Parks

Was referred there by my PCP for a foreign object in my eye today. Turned out to be a damaged cornea. Even though they were busy they got me in. Dr Parks was great. Very professional but with a sense of humor which is always a plus for me. She took the time to explain everything.

Dr. Park's is absolutely the BEST!!!!! She is professional,thorough,takes her time,answers your concerns and questions and is ever just a wonderful human being! I trust her expertise thoroughly. She has been my eys Dr. for over 10 yrs.

Lorie has been my optometrist for years and I would not trust my vision to anyone else.

Lorie Parks has been my eye doctor since I’ve moved back to Maine, and she is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had. She is thorough, a careful listener with a gentle touch, and able to explain what is happening with my vision in language I understand. I recommend her without reservation!

Dr. Parks is my hero! She found a problem just by looking into my eye that led to the discovery of a tumor pushing against my optic nerve. She absolutely saved my sight and it is fair to say she saved my life. I had headaches (bad) for years and she was the only one who cared enough to help me. Without treatment the tumor could have really caused a lot of serious problems for me. In addition to her exceptional talent, she is an amazing person as well.

Dr. L. Parks is my EYE DOCTOR - NOT an Internal Medicine physician (unless she is also a board certified I.M. Dr.). She is FANTASTIC!! I highly recommend her to others, competent, professional, personable, compassionate.
