One time I went in to see Dr. Lashbrook for something simple, I think just a checkup/physical. She came in the room and didn’t even look at me or say “hi.” Literally the first thing she said to me was “you know how irresponsible it is to be a woman of your age and not have the HPV vaccine?” Like EXCUSE ME??? Rude rude rude. She is the worst doctor I’ve ever met

Went to Westfield Medical in Westfield, NY because of having moved to area. Met this Dr. Lori Westbrook and I explained I needed help with seizures I suffer from. She never addressed my medical condition regarding seizures, but rather chose to want to talk about birth control and getting a pap smear test. This happened because all she wanted was to discuss my medical issues during another visit she insisted I make so we could then 'maybe' work on seeing 'if' she could assist me with medications for seizures. Seemed more interested in getting patients in to charge for another visit than address patient's concerns while they were already there. Never go to this medicaid sham outfit. All they want is repeat visits for profit.

Seen Dr. Lashbrook on bout 5 occasions. Refused to listen when told the medication(s) she was prescribing was causing bad side effects such as kidney pain, dizziness, bloating and caused low low blood sugar readings. Refused to consider other types of treatment or medication(s). Became argumentative when asked if she received any payments for prescribing certain medications which she denied and then argued that God could provide relief that medication often cannot. Said she would pray for me when she found out I smoked marijuana years ago. This is a pharma shrill and religious fanatic - stay away - far away. She refuses to listen when told repeatedly about medical concerns caused due to medications she prescribes )I believe for payment from pharma companies to push certain medications and testing). I had to give her a rating but in my book, Lashbrook doesn't deserve even the one star I gave.

I made an appt 6 weeks in advance. I received FOUR phone calls two days prior to confirm. Actually spoke to ppl. Only one call was a recoding. When I came to my appt it had been cancelled .... I didn't cancel it. Less than one star is my review. My family will never go back. Finding a new family doctor.

Cold bedside manner. Poor communication skills. Condescending. No tolerance for and openly critical of incredibly common mental health issues like depression and anxiety. Doesn't truly seem to care about anyone's well-being.

She is a better than average doctor! The only female doctor in miles of where I live too!

I think that Dr. Lashbrook is a caring and thorough doctor, who spends a great amount of time with each patient. She listens to what you have to say.
