Dr. Lori Hill Marshall

I’ve personally haven’t seen doctor Marshall, the NP writes my RX but she’s my pain management doctor and the Premier Pain Clinic is unorganized! I’ve been out of medication for days and that’s unacceptable. Not only that they don’t answer the phone when call and when I go to the clinic to find out when Dr. Kinabrew going to write my rx , their response I don’t know. That’s not right I’m in pain and that’s the only answer I get. Wow! I mean seriously Dr Lori Marshall step in please I’m in pain! I give them a five because this has never happened before and maybe they need some help but so do I

My only experience so far is with whoever answers the phone. My Neurologist sent orders to them 3 weeks ago so I was calling to see if an appointment had been set up. The woman who answered told me that she does not make the appointments and I don't need to call, they will get to it when they get to it. Who acts like that ??????

I have good and bad experiences with this clinic. The office staff is horrible and very unprofessional. When you call to make and appointment they are very rude. Her Nurse practitioners are great and the lady that does the scheduling is great. I have been going to them for 4 months now and I absolutely think she does a great deal for helping her patients with their pain care. I just wish she would help educate her staff and have them be a bit more professional and friendlier to the patients. If you don't live in pain on a daily basis & you have no clue what it is like to be in chronic pain just ask the people who come to this clinic cause I assure you we come to Dr. Marshal because we trust in her to make our days a bit less painful. Lori Marshall is an amazing doctor and cares so much for her patients! The office staff are sweet as can be and have gone above and beyond for me. They get you in and out super quick and not many doctors I know can get you in and out in 20 minutes maybe 25 at the most when they have 20 patients waiting in the waiting room alone. Lori Marshall cares so much for her patients and although she probably has a lot of patients, I know for me she gave me as much attention as I needed. Such a caring, knowledgeable, skilled, empathetic, and compassionate doctor! She actually sits down and listens to you and explains what’s going on with your pain conditions. I’ve been a patient with her for over 7 years. I was referred to her when I moved back to MS from TX. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Dr Lori Marshall is a very Proffesional Pain Doctor My Problem is with the up front They are the Most unproffesional Group of People I have ever seen !! Let’s see where do begin. They can’t read nor understand Drs orders or the requests from the Dr. Such as which Dr or Nurse practitioner I’m going to see . Dr Marshall only sees patients on certain days. Then they send you home with another persons prescription . The scheduled me on Nov 18 and I get there on the 18 th the lady in the office said well your Appointment was on the 17 th. I hand her my Appt card that clearly states the18 th of Nov. she said well u can’t be seen today you need to come another day. OMG !! I called today asking was my diagnosis faxed in and put in my chart I have to have another surgery She told me I didn’t know what I was talking about . So I ask her Again was any papers faxed to this office FOR ME and put in my chart She told me there was static in the phone and hung up on me. This bunch up front is clearly a joke I come to the Dr from well over an hour away and there’s really no room for errors I have a very long drive to see Dr Marshall. Please don’t allow these uneducated and Unproffesional staff reflect on Dr Marshall and her Nurse Practitioners . The are Very Good at what they do & despite the staff she has upfront !!! She is very attentive and helps you not with just medicine but also with alternative therapies! She is definitely a God send .. keep up the good work

Dr. Marshall has been treating me for over 2 years -she is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is also great and I have no complaints with my care through her clinic. I would recommend her to anyone needing help with pain or pain management care.

I have been a patient of Dr Marshall for years now. . My Complaint is with the up front office staff ! They are rude and very uncapable of any task given such as appointments , medical records , giving you a prescription with your name on it , answering the phone without an attitude . I understand they are servants of the Public and some people are rude , they either need further training or get a new job !! Our World already has enough ugliness in it We really don’t need anymore !!!

You never get to see the dr, only her nurse practitioner unless you are having a procedure preformed. Even if you request to actually speak to the dr about you case bc you don't fit into the cookie cutter outlines of how meds are prescribed. I moved here from Chicago, and had been on a medication regiment for awhile, but they could not do it. I have absorption issues due to losing part of my stomach and some of my small intestine. I don't think asking to speak with the dr is to much to ask

My experience with this clinic was great! They offer injections to help with your pain and don't just push pills like some clinics. My last clinic had me on so much medication I was tired all the time. They also did some injections that didn't work. The injections that I received from Dr. Marshall have really helped my pain and I have been able to stop some of my meds. I have more energy and don't feel drugged. I highly recommend this clinic if you are serious about controlling your pain.

Dr. Marshall is one of the best pain doctors by far. I have had injections by other docs in the past and none have worked as well or lasted as long as the injections she did. She gave me my life back! Now I can enjoy playing ball with my 2 boys again!

Awesome doctor! She really listens and cares!! Highly recommend her!
